    I have been living in one building owned by ***************************** So far this winter year (heat is required from October 1st to May 31st.), we rarely have had heat. The heat when is on is not longer than 20 minutes and only once a day. So far nothing has been done. The heat comes only once a day around 5:00 am and then it goes off. We, the tenants have contacted the landlord, and he has not done anything. Several times we have called 311 and so far nothing has been done. Even the super told me that this issue has to be resolved by the landlord. A city inspector came to my apartment and nothing has changed. The inspector said that he had passed a violation that he posted at the entrance, but nothing has happened. I am sure that this landlord provides these services because this building is rent-stabilized. **** Milevoi is not a good landlord. Stay away from his buildings. Another thing, he does not maintain the building, so a few tenants have had bedbugs. In ten years perhaps he has sent twice an exterminator. A horrible human being.
