      Beware if you buy from this company you will be harassed by messages forever. I have blocked, reported junk and contacted customer service (repeatedly) to ask them to stop but the texts keep coming every day. Such total disrespect for the customer. No product is worth that.

      Horrible experience! PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU DECIDE TO SHOP WITH CADENCE (also known by their catchphrase, "KEEP YOUR CADENCE"). They are extremely overpriced, poorly constructed products, the company has a bad distribution model, and nonexistent customer service. This company advertises itself as green and woman-owned, when in reality they are not fully woman-owned. Which makes me wonder what else they are lying about, like are even as green as they advertise? But that's just the surface. Once I had a difficult experience and started to approach the company, they pretended to be accommodating, but their response was so tone deaf! I experienced a shipping delay with my order. In my mind it was due to their subpar distribution. They shipped $200 worth of products I purchased through the ****! I feel like if you're a high-end online retailer, you should spring for a better courier than ****, like *** or *****, at least. Needless to say, my order was delayed for days, and they did nothing. When I finally received my products, they were not as advertised. On the website there is far more functionality advertised (e.g., honeycomb stacking). When I received my product, it couldn't do half of what was shown on their website and other retail sites. Needless to say, I couldn't be more dissatisfied with my new $200 pill container... Just writing this all down makes me depressed. I feel hustled, scammed. So, please be warned!
