- PRODUCT RETURNS for other than warranty or damage issues will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. A refund or credit will only be issued for new unused merchandise, in original packaging, including all hardware and manuals.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Cancelled orders that occur before products have shipped or other expenses accrued, will be refunded or credited in full.
