    This company is the worst! Do not purchase from them unless you want to be ripped off! They take your money and never send you the merchandise

    First, their clothes are hideous and do not fit. I purchased the travel hoodie/sweatpants combo in a small (I am 5'3"/121 lbs) and the cloud pants, one small, one medium. The hoodie is just ok. The sweatpants were ENORMOUS with a crotch that comes to the knees. I gave them to my 5'6"/175lb husband as lounge pants and they are huge on HIM. This is a women's small. The cloud pants were NOT cute and fit weird. The medium was WAY too tight and the small was loose enough. They are incredibly long but I am short. Then, after the first wash (on delicate/hung dry) BOTH pairs of pants had a horizontal, puckered seam/line that was an obvious manufacturing error and the fabric is puckered around the seams. They are unwearable except maybe to bed and certainly not comfortable enough for that. These clothes are far too expensive to be hideous, terribly tailored and completely ruined after one wash. I recommend saving your money.

    I have also dealt with their poor customer service, unfortunately. ********************** clothing is not meant for anyone who has a normal body shape. If you are a stick-thin super model, then go for it!I ordered from them because I was hopeful I would like their hoodies. I am usually a 2X in most of my clothing, so I ordered a 3X in the hoodie from them, received it, tried it on, and unfortunately found that it fits super weird. Their website describes their hoodies as being tapered through the waist (which is why I ordered a 3X instead of a 2X, to give that extra bit of room), but when I tried it on it fit more like an XL because of the tapered waist. On top of that, the sleeves hang off the end of my fingertips a good 3 inches and the shoulder area is super baggy on me. Overall, just very unflattering and uncomfortable.When I reached out to then and asked for a full refund instead of store credit, I explained to them that I could not use a store credit because I ordered the largest size they offer and it was too small, therefore I wouldnt be able to use a store credit, since they dont sell my size. They just came back and said they were sorry for my frustration but that all hey could do was issue a store credit. I responded back and ask them to please make an exception, since my case was unique, with not being able to use a store credit, and they gave me the same auto-generated response.J am considering this theft, since they are keeping my money and cant give me a product in return, that is worth my money. I am going to pursue this with my back and report them to the BBB.I guess I learned my ****** and shilling have been so easily influenced to buy their product. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

    Sent me one of the 2 jogging suits I paid for back in March. We are in May and I still dont have the other jogging suit.I have sent 5 plus emails. No response Buyer beware! Sad you have to pick a star rating. One being the least.

    1 star I ordered from them over a month ago. I realized the top I ordered was not sized to my liking. I emailed them, and said I needed to exchange for a bigger size. The first red flag was that they wouldnt give me an even exchange. I would get a credit for what I paid and then have to pay more for the same exact item as I bought the hoodie on a sale. I worked in retail for over 20 yrs and I know this is now this is not the way you do business. Fine. I wanted the hoodie and for it to fit the way I wanted so I returned it anyways. I sent it back the next day (4/16) and here it is, May 6 and any time I email them trying to find out when I will receive the refund, I get an AI generated response telling me that my refund is "in review" and now they are saying they emailed it. I have not gotten an email nor have I gotten one in spam. I will be commenting on all adds for them I see as well and marking them as scams.

    I took a chance and ordered from these guy not knowing anything about them. I received my order but had to return due to size error. I immediately reordered and returned the original order. I never heard from them and recently had to contact them about my refund. However after waiting to hear from them Im now conveniently out of the window to where they do not want to return my money and only give me a store credit. I told them over several emails this is not right to hold my money hostage. It should be to my discretion if I want to use it as a store credit. Its almost like they purposely did this and not respond so they wouldnt have to give me my money back. As of today, they still refuse to refund my money and no longer respond to me. This is what I get trying to support an American made company. Im now out $217Buyer beware!!!

    I ordered from them about 4 weeks ago. I realized the set I ordered was too small. I emailed them and everything was going fine. I was supposed to send it back and receive a gift card to get a new one. Fine. I just wanted and exchange anyways. I sent it back the next day and here it is, 3 weeks later and any time I email them trying to find out when I will receive the refund, I get an AI generated response from a girl named ****** telling me that my refund is "in review" and there is no lead time on when to expect it but they "appreciate my patience" I am running out of patience. How do you feel good about yourself scamming people for money? I will be reporting all adds for them I see as well and marking them as scams.

    I dont want to give any stars but 1 star for the product. The poor review is for the company itself that touts itself for mental wellbeing. They have given me PTSD from their shady practices.Buyer beware because they dont honor their own documented return policy. I ordered instock items and in a separate order I pre ordered another 2 sets. The only reason I pre ordered because I checked the return policy first. The policy clearly states any returns are given as store credit EXCEPT pre orders which are cancelled within 7 days, are returned to original form of payment. I preordered 2/9/25 and attempted to cancel 2/12/25.Several emails later using woke rhetoric include wishes for a great day, they attempted to imply it wasnt within the time period. Then a few emails later they admit they charged my credit card 2/9/25 for the preorder hence store credit only. Then they thanked me for understanding and wished me a great day. I filed a dispute with my credit card and headed over here and Trustpilot where I encountered similar experiences. Stay away and buy sweatpants from somewhere else

    This company is ridiculous. I ordered a two sets from them on 01/22/2025. And right after I realize I did not put a discount code, I emailed them right away to cancel my order because thinking that my order was not shipped yet. I waited for them to respond. So, I did ordered for the second time but this time I put my discount code. Then, when they respond back to me they told me they cannot cancel my order or modify the order. I even ask nicely if I can return the item since its not shipped yet, and they cannot cancel or modify my order and the only option I have is to get a full refund with my order and they can get their products. But, NO. No cancellation, no modify, and no returns and offering me a store credit is total BS! Thats my money! I want a full refund, of course! I tried to be nice as possible asking to give my money back and I will give the item. But, I failed. As of today, they really decline anything. They are only offer me a store credit which I wouldnt accept since I did not use store credit when I purchase to them. I already file a dispute charge to ****** and I waiting for them to dispute my charge and I will show this complaint to ***** to expedite my dispute for this company. ****** to this company! They will take your MONEY!!!!
