      I was contacted by Orion Payment Solutions, LLC (*** ******l), on August 20, 2021 to make arrangements to pay back money I had borrowed from *** **** ***** - #***. I had paid *** **** ***** $125.95 toward the initial loan of $140.00 with a finance charge of $75.66, plus and advance amount of $50.29, which equaled $265.95. I only owed the balance of $242.95. Orion Payment Solutions wanted me to pay back a total of $789.20, which I was required to sign a contract of said amount, which they would filed in a court of law if I breached the agreement. I paid $100.00 on August 30, 2021 and $100.00 on September 30, 2021, which was a total of $200.00. The account which was used for the payments were hacked and my bank immediately put a stop on the debit card and in the process of issuing me a new card. I called Orion Payment Solutions and told them of the situation on October 28, 2021. I asked if I could make arrangements to pay when I receive my new debit card. I was told that someone will contact me the following week to check on my status, and I said that would be fine. No one called until Friday, November 5, 2021 and left a message on my phone with threatening words that a police officer and someone from their office will be at my home around 5:00 p.m. Central time to serve me papers to appear in court. I called them back when I got off work to informed them that no one called previously, and that I had made the payments on time for the past two months. I told the representative that I did not have my new debit card, and I will contact them as soon as I could. She said that I needed to call them immediately with the new information without registering my card first. She was rude, unprofessional and used scare tactics to make me update my information so they can continue to take payments beyond what I owed *** **** *****. I am angry that payment processing companies will use scare tactics, and make consumers pay more than originally owed.

Orion Processing Solutions LLC strives to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and our client’s customer’s.  Therefore, we regret hearing otherwise and take these matters very seriously. Please be advised that Orion Processing Solutions does not make outbound calls to consumers as we are a third-party account receivables payment processing company.  Upon receiving notification of this complaint, Orion Processing Solutions performed an internal investigation of the complaint.  Our records indicate that Orion Processing Solutions has never processed a transaction for this consumer. Orion Processing Solutions has never had any contact with this consumer. In the complaint the consumer references ‘*** ******l’ along with the letter that the consumer provided in the complaint.  This consumer has clearly filed a complaint against the wrong company.  The consumer should in fact contact ‘*** ********.  Orion Processing Solutions takes pride in customer satisfaction and appreciates the opportunity to respond.  We are confident that this complaint has been filed against the wrong company and request that it be removed.

      I spoke with Sarah at Orion Payment Processing and the balance of $42.95 was paid in full on 11/10/21 toward *** **** ***** agreement.  The authorization code is ******.  I am waiting to receive a "Paid in Full"  letter, which she will send in an email, if I do not receive one this evening, I will contact her tomorrow for that letter.

      A representative from OPS called me on 8/15/21 stating that they had sent a courier out to service paperwork to my work in regards to pursuing legal action on a past loan debt from 2020. They had also reached out to my father and sister all around the same time. I called them back and was immediately threatened with legal action and when I advised the representative that I did not feel comfortable giving out my card information over the phone, the representative then proceeded to tell me that if I was brave enough to get a loan then I should be brave enough to give my card information over the phone, I was then transferred to a supervisor named Derek Alder and was advised that I would have to make a payment in order to keep from being served paperwork at work. I set up a payment arrangment for $40 semi monthly, and now I am having to get in contact with my bank to try and get this resolved. Especially after seeing all these reviews. This company used scare tactics to get payment.

      As a courtesy and to resolve the consumers complaint Orion Processing Solutions has issued a full credit/refund to ****** ******** for the transaction that was processed on 09/16/2021 in the amount of $40.00.  The payment arrangement set up for $40.00 semi-monthly has been removed/deleted as well.  ****** ******** should see the credit/refund within the next 3 to 5 business days depending on their bank.  If the consumer has any other questions or concerns, they may contact our office and we would be more than happy to further assist them.

      Hi so I had been receiving numerous phone calls threatening me with court and a lawsuit regarding some loan or something I hadn’t paid off almost 4 years ago that I wasn’t even aware of. The whole thing sounded fishy as a man proceeded to tell me they were coming to drop legal documents off and threading to take me to court. I gave them my information and entered into some type of payment plan I didn’t really think this was legit and be being a single mother really just wanted the calls to stop even trying to block the number they were still able to get through. They proceeded to call my brother snd my mother stating the same thing about legal matters. This has costed me $308 dollars in which may not seem like a lot to some it’s a lot to me who does live paycheck to paycheck. I’m not sure who this company is but it’s very aggravating.

Our client states that Candace **** contacted their office on Thursday, August 26th, 2021 after 9:00 am to set up the final payment in the amount of $154.00 to be processed on Monday, August 30th, 2021. We were also provided the signed contract that ******* **** executed when the payment arrangement was set up and agreed upon.  The contract states three payments of $154.00 to be paid on the agreed dates of 07/16/2021, 07/30/2021 and the final payment of $154.00 on 08/13/2021.   Two of the three payments have been processed at this time on 07/16/2021 and 08/13/2021 with the final payment being scheduled on 08/30/2021 that ******* **** set up on Thursday August 26th, 2021 after this complaint was filed. We have concluded that due to ******* **** contacting our client to schedule the final payment after this complaint was filed, that this matter has been resolved.  If this is not factual, ******* **** can contact our office at 877-248-1750 and we will be more than happy to further assist in resolving this matter quickly and efficiently. Orion Processing Solutions takes pride in customer satisfaction and appreciates the opportunity to respond and resolve this consumer’s complaint.

      I was contact on 8/12/2021 at my work stating that i had to pay money to resolve A debt from 2018. The company then said that I was going to be served with papers within the hour unless i paid $80 and A $4.95 processing fee. I spoke with the rep Maria, I told her I needed to step outside to have this conversation and that I would call her back from my cell phone. I stepped outside and when I called back I spoke with A man names Tony. He went on and said the same thing that they payment had to be paid at that moment due to the company closing at 3pm. After I went home and actually contact the company that they said the loan was from; ***** **** said they have not heard of this company and the debt was no longer active. I tried calling this contacting this company since everything they said was not adding up. I called the County Court House and no lawsuit was ever filed. On 8/20/2021 the company took another $100 out of my account plus $4.95 fee. This was a total scam!

      I received a called from an unknown number saying he was representing a debt agency. They called my mother and brother asking for me eventually reaching me and it was a individual yelling and harassing me in regards of a debt of 639. Which they told me if i didnt pay that i was in the line of getting drag to court and a lawsuit. Pushing me to pay. Now i feel this was a scam and im requesting my money back since now i see this person does the same thing to everyone.
