      I set up a payment plan to pay off a debt almost a year ago. I have tried contacting this company many times over the last few months and leaving messages, and I don’t receive a return call. This month they took the normal monthly payment from me, but then also did a second transaction for $200 that was not authorized. I only authorized $100 a month. I feel that I am being scammed because I am not getting anywhere and they are not returning my calls.

      this company reached out to me about a debt with ***** ****, they sent me a letter offering an amount to pay off the debt, they then harrased me after hours called my employeer threated i would go to jail and get criminal charges if i did not pay. They forced me to setup a payment plan of two payments that was withdrawn from my account on the dates they stated. they promised a pay off letter after they received the second payment, once the payment cleared ive called all numbers back with no answer the company does not exist its a scam and if its not they collected on a debt with intention to advise the debtor of the pay off. no call back from this company has been made to me. ive email called all numbers this is a scam. know another collection agency that sounds just like them is calling and harrasing over this same debt,

      I apparently have a debt to be recovered. Pendleton Capital called work place of work for me and I don't appreciate that one bit. I have never had someone contact my job. Also I never received anything through mail or email about any debt. I would appreciate it if they don't call my job and if they have anything to say to do it through mail. The person who called my job was Paul A******

      Pendleton Capital Management continually makes harrassing phone calls. A representative from what turned out to be Pendleton Capital Management continually calls my wife. She was fed up and called the number back to find out who it was. The man on the phone proceeded to violate FDCPA laws and go in to detail about the "debt" that was mine. My wife was also told that she was listed as a person of contact by me. I would not use her as a POC. She asked the person to remove her phone number from the contact list and was told they would not. She was laughed at and told they will continue to call her. Pendleton Capital Management does not call me to discuss this, claiming they did not have my contact information. Odd, they have my wife's but not mine. If this company does not stop harrassing my wife I will get a debt collection lawyer and direct any further contact to them.

      I received a call from Donald at Pendleton Capital and the voicemail left says he has a claim that came across his desk this afternoon. He states for review at this time my client is requesting all assets and property connected to my social security number. He continues o say he has filed a judgement verify employment and wanted to talk to me before doing so. I have never received mail or a phone call before from this company. I have researched and saw many people have gotten these calls and were scammed. This person wants to put a judgement on me and this is the first I have been contacted.

      Donald and Paul never stop calling. My work had 3 people ask them to stop calling before they listened. They gave all my information to a family member which is illegal. Threatened me. Called my mom 6 times a day on top of my number

      Steve or Donald he goes by multiple fake names it seems is very harassing. Called family member and told them information they are not legally aloud to share. I've never gotten any documentation of the debt. My place of employment asked him multiple times to quit contacting me here and he didn't stop he also never stopped harassing my family either after they asked. He's threatened me with police too.

      I keep receiving calls at all hours of the day asking for my mother and threatening legal action. They leave a voice mail asking me to pass on a message and giving some kind of deadline. I do not know what they are calling about. I am not my mother, nor a messenger and would really appreciate if I stopped receiving calls regarding this manner.

      I am receiving harassing phone calls from this company . Last time 3 calls in one hour . And have been threatened to call my family members . I don’t even know what the debt is for and have NEVER been sent a SINGLE but if correspondence via mail or email from this company who is violating major laws and my rights . I have contacted law enforcement and an attorney . And if they try to contact ANYONE in my family I will move forward with legal action.

      As a company we strive to maintain professionalism when dealing with consumers.  We train our employees to ensure that they are compliant with the FDCPA and the laws that pertain to the collection of consumer debt. Upon review of your account it appears that our office has made an attempt to contact you at the phone numbers provided by you on your original loan application.  In the event that you would have returned contact, we could have provided you with the information regarding this matter, upon your request.  For your security, verification of identity needs to be met before information is provided. We apologize for any bad dealings you feel you may have had with our company. We will close the account in our office and forward it back to the client for further collection.  No further contact will be made from our office.

      Pendleton Capital Mamgement contacted me on 2/28 regarding a debt I owed to which I authorized a payment of $150 for March 4th only and we no time during this call was there a mention of my payment method being used for any other dates and or amounts. On 3/9/22 they took money from my account in the amount of $150 and at no point was this ever authorized by me. Not to mention the charge doesn’t even reflect pendelton as the business taking my money it’s listed as Integrated recovery services with a phone number that I called and low and behold it’s Pendleton at no time was I ever advised of this either I never ever gave this other company permission to take money from me nor did I ever speak to this company. I only ever talked to Donald and Paul from pendelton! I called pendelton after I saw this charge and Donald answered and yelled, scream and cussed at me saying I authorized a payment on 3/4 today is the 9th! He hung up on me and he’s rude and disrespectful he called everyone I know and gave them Info about the debt which is illegal! They are terrible human beings and I want my money back and this debt to be removed due to their unfair and illegal actions!

The only way our company would have your credit card information is if you provided it to us.   More then likely anyone who would have frauded your account would not be using it to pay off your debt. We do apologize for any bad dealings you feel you may have had with our company.  We have closed your account, there will be no further contact from our office.

      They were only successful in getting $150 on 3/9 however made several attempts on other dates. I spoke to them once on the phone the end of February and gave a one time verbal consent to take payment on 3/4 and that date only. They then proceeded to take it out everyday after that. During this phone conversation, I was never once told that the charge would show as an entirely different business in which I never have spoke to or heard of in my life. The payment shows ********* services or something along those lines is who I paid it doesn’t show pendelton capital and this wasn’t ever told to me. I also never gave them any authorization to use my card for any other dates after the 4th of March and this wasn’t communicated either if they record all their calls then they would know this! All, they stayed in their reply they will close my account and not contact me anymore, the debt isn’t paid in full for starters, so how can they just close it, and if that is the case I want all of this in writing, I want my money back that was never even authorized and I want this removed from my credit report! I wouldn’t go through the trouble of contacting the BBB, and an attorney if I authorized this and knew that it would be coming out of my account. This businesss in under legal cases out their behinds and go buy other business names there are to many to count! They continue to rob people, treat them like they are the scum of the earth and they call your family and your employer everyone you know and tell them about the debt which is illegal! I was screamed and yelled at by Donald at this company more times than I can count I even called his boss Paul who after robbing me wouldn’t return my calls I never gave them permission to charge me on any day or time or year other than the 4th of March to which they chose to charge me on the 9th and this was not ever discussed nor even touched on!!!

      I have no idea why this company is contacting my family members who I NEVER list on any documents. They are threatening with legal action. They apparently know all of this information about me yet I have never received an email nor have I have I ever talked to them. Apparently I made some sort of agreement with them but I have no idea what this pertains. They need to stop calling my family members about me.
