    I have included a screen shot of a voice mail from PCR Group. They claim to have papers from the County to serve and it's my last chance. Its over a debt I know nothing about from 20 years ago.
    I told them to send papers if they have them and stop calling my ex wife and mother. I called and told them to serve whatever and they won't stop calling and no papers have been served.

    We are sorry for your negative experience.  This is not how we conduct business at the PCR Group.  We are FDCPA compliant and have no knowledge of this debt from 20 years ago you are referring to.  Our compliance team has pulled any and all recorded calls we have place to you.  We do not have any recollection of this type of verbal correspondence.  You will not receive any more phone calls from our office.

    I received a call back in February. I was threated by an employee from there who told me if I didn’t pay, I would go to jail so I paid $303 that day. I told them I was not getting paid at work. Over the last few months, I have been called and bullied and just today I was called 6 times by them. THIS IS NOT MY DEBT. I agreed to pay $25 to stop the calls. My bank rejected payment. So as I sit AT MY NEW JOB, they continue to call 5 MORE TIMES IN A MATTER OF 3 mins. They are nothing but sharks and they scare people into paying. It’s disgusting,

    I received a call from a lady who called to inform me of a certified delivery on Monday yesterday. After talking with her for a couple minutes she gave me a number to call. That number was ###-###-####, so I called a lady answered told me that I had wrote a check to a loan company that they were I guess trying to collect on. She couldn’t tell me what the amount of my loan was but instead that I needed to set up some sort of payment plan. Today I spoke with my attorney and he told me that you all needed to send me a copy of this check, tell me how much the loan amount was, and the date the loan was taken out. Thanks for your understanding.
