    Received a voicemail from a rep who wouldn’t leave any detail about what the issue was. The same agent also called my parents (don’t know how they got ahold of their information).
    I went ahead and warned my parents to block and not engage with this company.

    Threatening legal action, rude when I called back and asked for written verification of the debt being owed, the guy hung up on me

    Not the company I should be having to deal with nor the company my loan debt was sold to. Receive shady and threatening calls at my workplace, yet had to demand any written evidence of loan debt and even that was flimsy.
    They need to cease and desist their shady practices and allow the REAL debt company a chance to collect the debt, instead of acting like malicious vampires
