I have the same experiences with most comments on this post. Threatening with court, very hostile and non professional manner. I did send one payment out of fear of going to court but as I’ve dug into more research about this company it’s not a legit company and they use scare tactics to try to get anything out of you. I’ve always delt with the person named max stating he was with the civil processing division as well. Please cease and desist all calls immediately because they are calling members of my family as well

I have been paying Main Resolution Group for almost a year and when I asked my balance it didn't seem to move. I was working with Max from the (civil processing division) and this company uses scare threat tactics stating if you don't pay we are going to have a client move forward with legal action which would be garnishing your paycheck etc. On the morning of 10/3/2023 I received a call stating I was being served paperwork but if I need to reschedule or had questions to call ********** which was a different number from the number they usually call from. They wanted my new payment method now and Max starting raising his voice at me and stating I was not telling the truth about them threatening legal action. When just a few minutes prior I received that call from the other number. They use another number called the processing dept then that number has you call Main Resolution Group at one of their many numbers. They have voilated my rights as a debtor and I no long want to do any business with this company. Please cease and desist all calls with me immediately.
