I bought a wig from their site for a trip. I ordered from them thinking it was an American site. nothing on there showed it was coming from China. it was to get to me in 2-4 days as the site states. but got it way later than that. now when it comes, it looks nothing like the product. I tried contacting them right after to no avail. no number on the site worked. I sent an email for an address to return so I can get a refund. no reply till I went through my credit card company to cancel the transaction.
That's when they replied and finally sent an address. I shipped it back and they acknowledged receipt. I was told they could not return till I closed the dispute. I closed it and till now I have not received my refund and they are not responding to my messages.
288.99 is a lot of money and I just want my money back. they have this one American number on the e-receipt i got (###-###-####) and when I called this guy picked up and said he has been getting a lot of calls from people asking for their wigs but he has no affiliation to them whats so ever and he wants it to stop. This business id deceiving people and its not right.

I have returned the product on June 12th, 2023 with the merchant confirming it has been received on June 14th, 2023. I have been trying to get the refund since then with no avail. The company stopped the communication as of last week. The worst company to deal with it, unprofessional and unreliable. This company should not be allowed to sell any products here in the US. I made a hair purchase from Jessie’s Selection, was unhappy with what I received, reached out to the company within 36 hours of receipt for an address to return the item for a refund, and have not (despite having 3-5 email correspondences with them) been provided the return address requested.Business Response

This was the first contact in which I made to inform Jessie’s wigs that I wanted to return the wig I purchased, because it was not what I wanted.

I asked for instructions by email on how to return the wig.

Response from the company, telling me that they can replace the wig.

I responded that I only wanted my money back, and I was not interested in another wig.

I ordered a wig and I paid for the 3 days shipment express. It never came. I reached out to the seller and they keep sending me same response. This business operates like they are fraudulent they tell you you're going to get a certain product they show a picture of the product then they have a third party send you the product I spent $339 on a wig that was supposed to have curls in it they sent it to me in a post office package not even a box it was flattened once I got it because it had been through the ringer in the post office and had no protection it's a little like somebody just took it off the shelf and threw it in a **** bag it was frizzy it had no sort of style and I tried to contact this business several times through email to no avail no response until 5 months later then they want to tell me they can't find my order number I have emails showing my order number and confirming that I ordered this product and that it was shipped and delivered they need to be shut down they are the worst I think they actually operate out of China and use a Us address and they do not send their own products customer service is horrible there's no phone number you can call and they really need to be reported for activities that are not conducive to being a company that values customers and it sends out products that are as described I am requesting my money back I'm going to go through my bank since they want to keep on playing me back and forth asking for pictures saying they can't find the order number just to waste time which they did so now since I'm 4 days over the period where ****** allows you to file a complaint I'm going through my bank I would never buy anything from them again and they could definitely have this horrible item back this company is the worstInitial Complaint

This company also operates Jessie’s Wig. The photos they post online is not what they actually send to you. Their website states that you can cancel within 2 hours after you order. I did that and then got a trail of emails after asking to choose something else and that they’ll even throw in something for free. They sent me a video of the wig I will be receiving and it is not what is posted online. They will not cancel my order although it says they will on their site. I should have done more research on them before I purchased, they are a fraud. I am in contact with my bank and Klarna to be ready to dispute charges. Hopefully someone will see this review in their search for this company, because it’s hard to leave reviews for them through other ways. They delete comments on Social Media and don’t have a review tab to leave reviews.
