    On June 15, 2022 I hired Strategix Design to update to create a new website. On July 29, 2022 I approved the design. October 3, 2022 they provided an update. On November 15th I asked for and received an update but then I never heard from Ryan again. In February 2023, after several failed attempts to contact our project manager, Alfred S******, I used the Strategix Design online contact form to make contact. Frank M**** responded saying that Alfred S****** was no longer with the company and restarted the project with Zach S******** as the project manager. After failing to get updates, I made attempts to contact Zach by phone, text and email. On June 23, 2023 I sent an email to Zach S******** and Frank M**** complaining about the lack of response. I sent emails again on July 21, July 24 and July 25. I received a call from Frank saying that Zach was no longer with the company and that Zephyr J**** would be the new project manager. On November 13th, I approved the site and the products created and asked for the site to be made live. That was the last I heard from Zephyr . On February 11, 2024 I emailed Frank Me**** asking for a refund since I no longer had faith in them to complete the project and due to a lack of response. On February 12th, Frank sent a text saying that he would provide me with an update by the end of the day but I never received a response. Strategix Design has failed repeatedly to provide adequate communication with regard to the project. I was never notified when our project manager left the company, leaving me wasting time trying to contact someone who was not there. They will provide updates for a couple of weeks then go silent. I have spent countless hours trying to get project updates through multiple texts, phone calls and emails. It has now been 20 months since the project was started and I have no confidence that Strategix Design will deliver a functional website and want a full refund of the $1500 paid for the project.

    In the last year I paid Strategix Design a total of $5370 to redesign my website and do the SEO for the site. They moved my website off of the platform it was on ******** but they did not redesign it at all. They used the exact same design that it had. After many months of asking them to fix things on the website they finally made a few changes but the appearance of the website is still not spaced out properly like I have repeatedly asked them to do. It also has other design flaws that I had to get another company to fix. Also by looking at the SEO reports they have done nothing with this absolutely nothing. The website has not gotten a single view more than it did before I hired them. The only time they were in contact with me is when I contacted them and repeatedly contacted them to make some changes and to get the reports that I was promised every month. I feel like I was completely scammed out of my money and would like a full refund. This company took advantage of the fact that I don’t have a good understanding of how SEO works so they took my money and didn’t do any work. I am realizing this is happening to a lot of people and it is complete fraud and theft. I am asking for a full refund because I deserve to get my money back since they didn’t do the job that was promised. I am also contacting the States Attorneys Office to see if they can help stop this company from scamming anyone else in the future. The contact info for the company is below all though I’m not really sure they are really located in the US. I am pretty confident they are over seas somewhere.
