Transtutors said they provide a week free of charge as a trial and then will charge after those 7 days. I cancelled within 7 days but I still was charged for the month later despite having a cancellation notification in my email. I tried calling the customer service line and it was disconnected without answer. I also tried emailing, no response has been received to date despite two emails being sent. I want a refund.Initial Complaint

I used the "free" trial on their website to get help with a homework, this was probably 9 months ago. I am still being charged to this day after repeatedly trying to cancel my subscription. When you try to do this on the website, it never works. I have emailed multiple emails on several occasions, and I always receive the same walkthrough about how to cancel, which never works. They claim the only way to cancel is by also cancelling through *** ***; however I did not even use this method of payment. I am seeking immediate cancellation of my account, and will be filing with the FTC and disputing charges with my bank.Initial Complaint

I have on more than one occasion tried to cancel the services of *********** and the website mysteriously has an unexplained "error" every time I attempt to cancel my subscription. I have been in contact with the companies customer service and had no response, I have attempted to call the number the provided and what a surprise no response. I am fed up with dealing with this company DO NOT give them any of your financial information. I have contacted the proper authorities to deal with this matter, perhaps now they will answer me and give a resolution to this problem. I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!Initial Complaint

*********** has not allowed me to cancel my subscription with them. I have contacted the company 3 separate times. Cancelling the subscription isn't available online. I have submitted a form on their website twice and gotten no response. I have called their help line twice and been told that cancelling is not done online. On the website, it says that you have to file the form with *********** and then again with ******, the method of payment in this case. However, I do not have a ****** so that action is impossible. I went to my bank to halt the payment there, except the payments are still going through even though I've opened a case on them and I'm contesting the charge. This has been occurring since December 2020, when I made the mistake of signing up for their "free" trial.Initial Complaint

Does not have card management page so I cannot delete my card. Cannot stop subscription and charges. Payment posted May, 11th when I canceled many days ago. Would not answer calls or emails. No page to delete my account. Hope to get refund and delete my account on ***************
