    We agreed to hire this business for tree services based on false information about the condition of our tree by the owner of the business. The contracted work was not completed, we had to call to find out why. At this time he told us that the work we had paidfor was not actually necessary. He then made up multiple lies about why the Work wasn’t done contradicting himself in email and on recorded phone calls. He made an offer to rectify the situation, which we accepted. He then reneged on that offer and told us to not contact him again. We have all of our correspondence recorded we would not have agreed to even hire him. If we knew the work we hired him for it was not necessary.

This professional judgment was communicated, though we regret any confusion in the follow-up phrasing. The full scope of the trimming you approved was performed correctly. We offered you a discount for the cabling and promptly mailed you a check for $200.We appreciate honest reviews of the actual work—we're proud of our team's expertise and the results delivered here.
