    I was told to use Beliveau Mechanical to use my warranty on my **** ***** water heater. I called Beliveau to come out and look at our water heater. I was told labor would cost $135 for the first hour and $100 every hour after and that we would only pay labor as the parts are all covered with our warranty. The technician came to our home at 9:16 (per our security camera) and diagnosed a leaky valve and that it needed to be replaced. He emptied the water heater and left at 10:44. We took the water heater out of our home and brought the new one in and had the technician to come back to install as instructed. When he came back at 3:32 he installed the water heater and left at 4:29. We received a bill later for $695.50! I called to discuss this and everyone I spoke to was very rude. Tom admitted that his company should have been more transpartant that they bill labor time for drive time but there was no changing this bill. I was never told that the drive time woule be $100 per hour at 2 hours or I never would have used them. I also was told I would not be charged for parts that are not **** ***** parts and I was. Tom and Donna both hung up on me and were very rude not willing to work with me. After Donna hung up I got a credit card alert that my credit card was charged the $695.50 without my authorization.

    Beliveau charges a flat fee of $650. for labor and  accessory parts to install customer supplied water heater.  The call didn't originate as a replacement of water heater and so this caused some confusion.
