Purchase is for salt n pepper clip in hair and is suppose be customized to my hair color, via my submitted photos. You can request a combination of either 10 percent 40 percent or 80 percent salt n pepper mixture. I contacted the company numerous times with questions of concern. I explained that I was concerned because my grey hair is platinum color. Based on my photos the company suggested to get the 80 percent salt/20 percent natural combination. Several weeks later I receieved an email advising that the custom order was being mailed. In that email they send a picture of what is being sent to you. It definitely dis not look pink. When I received the order, I immediately sent an email because the hair had a pink hue and you could not tell there was 20 percent natural hair. It was clear it was not "salt n pepper "(black and white) Even though you can exchange and return all the other hair pieces, they do not offer the same on the salt n pepper hair pieces. I explained that if the hair wasn't pink it would be different. It's not "salt n pepper" ( photos to show differences) I also asked if they could send samples of the 3 other salt n pepper hair combinations, which I would be willing to pay for, I was told they don't offer samples. At this point I don't feel confident in purchasing anything because the pictures on their web pages are distorted. Therefore, sense they would not send me samples and I do not feel confident they can produce a product for me, I'm requesting a refund. I have submitted pictures of my hair, a salt n pepper braid and one of their clip in pieces with the pink hue. Additional information can be provided if needed.
