    On 9/12/22 I did alert ******** ******** ******* ***** about being over charged by $5.13 on invoice 10257450.co1 1005 10157450. I did pay the total invoice of 51.71 on 9/6/22 (proof of payment is attached from my credit card statement). On 9/19/22 they wrote back saying they were sorry for the billing error and would alert the billing department that handles this at Albany Medical College. Proof of this is attached Claim Number: *********** Procedure Code: *****) Under this claim there was a charge of $5.13 for a service that I didn't receive (Procedure Code: *****)- this code is For a ******** *** device which I don't have or use. I called Albany Medical Billing Department on 9/28/22 at 1-844-849-6929. and made it sound like nothing had been done with this yet. But she would call me as soon as she heard back from them, she never called me back.Called again on 10/5/22 to be told the girl I spoke to on 9/28/22 was off and she would get back to me she never did. I spoke to their billing department again Monday 10/24/22 (sense they never called like they said they would) they did say that I was charged wrongly for this and I would get a refund of $5.13 via check. However Checked with my Insurance on 11/2/22 they are saying no claim has been readjusted on their part yet to re-do the claim to refund me the $5.13. So when I get a bill from them I have 30 days to pay I'm at day 53 with them from when I reported the issue. Still have no refund check or a date when I'll get it. Also per my insurance it sounds like they haven't adjusted the claim as of yet despite it being almost 2 months later from when I reported the issue. Please help me with getting my $5.13 back
