11/9/22. Richard came and cleaned my furnace and water heater. He left. 11/1022. I turn the heat back up from the night before and cold air. I feel this is too coincidental. It was fine the day before. 11/10/22. Jake arrives. I need a New board. Should be here tomorrow or latest Monday he says. I am now using 3 space heaters.!!! 11/14/22. I call and ask for part. She says “when it’s in we’ll call you.” Nothing. Still using space heaters. 11/17/22. I call. I am holding for 20 minutes. While holding I email. See all attached for emails and phones. Oh miracles do happen because they have the part. How convenient is that!! No customer service. No phone calls 11/17. Mr C**** comes and fixes board. Works 11/20/22. I keep hearing this sound in the basement. The furnace is just running. No heat. I check my thermostat and I turned it down to 61 so it would go off. It did not. Kept running. No heat. I email again. They send a manager. All he said was He forgot to plus something on. What!!!!! My furnace was really running 24/7 since Mr c***** I complained about my electric bill. First the heaters and now the furnace. I have no idea when the part came in. He gave me Covid for the delay. I call b*** ****. Everything they happened was just terrible. They will never touch my furnace again. I have not paid the furnace cleaning bill. I did pay the water heater. 4 people. Thank you for cooperation. I just want to be made whole. $$ ***** *******
