  Zero stars! I purchased a watch from them in the beginning of this year. After a month and no watch, I requested a refund and now it has been 5 months and still no watch and more importantly no refund! It was hard earned money that I saved for to buy this watch as a wedding gift. Its very disheartening and scary to see how many stories similar to mine are being posted on a daily basis. I hope this company refunds me all of my money soon or I will have to escalate matters with lawyers and etc. as their was so much money taken from me!

  Zero stars it has been months since they failed to deliver my watch and have promised over and over to refund my $20,000. If they dont give me my money soon I am hiring a lawyer and I will do everything within my power to destroy this company, they are liars and thieves.

  Pre ordered a watch April 16 2022. Was told it would take 180 days. It is now January 8, 2024 and have not received a watch. I have requested a refund for almost a year now and keep getting a customer service representative telling me they are going to escalate it. Still no refund. I would stay away from this company. I hope I get my money back but it looks like I may have lost almost 12,000.00 dollars to this scam

  Watch Rapport is a scam. Thirty days after ordering a $4000 watch using Mastercard, my watch still wasnt shipped. I contacted Watch Rapport by email asking for my order status. Their reply was We dont guarantee any order fulfillment. Unbelievable! My next email demanded a refund. There was no reply or refund. I immediately filed a Dispute of Charges with Mastercard. Mastercard contacted Watch Rapport several times without success. Ninety days later I finally got the charges reversed on my Mastercard account. ********************** continues to send me email advertising. Their advertising now says they take bank transfers only. I guess all the credit card companies have cut them off. BEWARE!!!

  Watch Rapport is a total SCAM. They rip listings of watches from other websites like eBay or Chrono24. They list watches I own and the watches of a lot of my watch trader and collector friends as well. They'll scam you out of your money and forget about you or the watch you think you bought. Be aware, DO NOT buy from these crooks!

  Watch Rapport was exceptional. The Rolex was as promised and more. Ana provided personalized service. From purchase to delivery was just over 21 days. Would purchase again from them. 5 stars, easy. Date of experience: November 20, 2023

  Scammers. Took my money. Never shipped, never refunded. Had to get my bank involved. Call them yourself to see if you ever would get anybody in accounting. 2-3 front people who call themselves customer reps and they give you the runaround. Basically they get a cut from the money the company has already stolen from you to buy themselves time to discourage you from going to your financial institution. That is one of the reasons they don't take Paypal when the logo was initially there. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Watch Rapport is an unscrupulous and fraudulent company.On December 10, 2022 I paid a full deposit for a pre-ordered Rolex watch using my credit card. I was told that a cancellation fee of 3.5% applies to pre-orders canceled within 45-days from the original paid order date. I therefore waited 45 days and on January 24, 2023 had not received my watch. I canceled my order and requested a refund from *******************************. I was told it would take Watch Rapport 5 business days to process the refund and another 15 business days to see it in my bank. February 20th, 2023, 20 business days later, I had not received my money. I called Watch Rapport and was put in touch with a man with a raspy voice who gives me another email address to contact ***** and when I ask what his name is, he gets upset, uses a swear word and hangs up the phone on me. Im later receive an email from Watch Rapport that my refund is in transit. Im provided with transaction numbers from ******************************* that I provide to my bank.February 28th, 2023, 35 days later I still do not have my refund and I inform watch rapport that I will proceed with contacting the police, credit card fraud department and my attorney. Im told that same day by *********************** that my refund was canceled and refunded on February 22nd and that I would have to wait another 15 business days for me to receive my money in my account.On March 1st, my bank informs me that there are no transactions for a refund submitted to them.On March 2nd, I received an email from Stripe.com who is the credit card merchant for watch rapport informing me that a refund request was not received by them and they advised me to contact my credit card company to file a dispute.On March 2nd, I file a dispute with my bank and on March 10th, I filed a police report. In total, it took three months to get a refund of my deposit from my credit card company only after getting the authorities involved.

  As others have noted, this company is a complete scam. Essentially they try to earn as much interest in reinvesting a customer's initial payment as possible before they are forced to either refund the money or they face reprisal from credit charges being disputed. I feel for anyone who has the misfortune of sending them a wired sum. In my case, I was blinded by the supposed savings, and trusted the initial reviews I saw of this site (likely bots). I filed a dispute immediately after realizing the fraud I had bought into. The company copies postings from sites like Chrono24 and relists them as their own. In the order summary, they even state the truth of the matter, hidden under layers of word salad: "Product photo(s) may not reflect the exact watch being sold. While the watch you will receive will be the exact same model, have the same specifications, and be in the same condition as described, some photos are stock images or from our network of various suppliers and are subject to change."Essentially they never had the watch, they're never going to have the watch. If you ordered a more ubiquitous model they may be able to source an alternative for you, but in the meantime they'll hold onto your money as long as possible until you file a complaint or dispute. Do not use this site. I'm looking forward to the day when ****** stops listing their advertisements, meaning they've ultimately been shut down for the fraud they've been perpetrating.
