    On April 21, 2024 my pet "***** **** ********** was euthanized at **** Veterinary Clinic in Elko, NV. We requested our pet to be cremated and remains returned to us. At that time, **** Veterinary Clinic was using the cremation services of Amanda *****, River Clare's Pet Cremation service(556 Palace Pkwy, Spring Creek, NV 89815). Ms ***** was giving a time frame to **** Vet clients of 4 to 6 weeks for remains to be returned to their owners. Numerous clients, including myself, have yet to have their pet's remains returned to them. It has been more than 8 months of waiting. That same day, April 21, I received an email from River Clare's with a link to check on the progress of my pet's cremation. As of now, it says she is cremated and awaiting transport back to **** Veterinary Clinic. It has said that for months now yet we are still waiting for her remains. I later received an email on July 25, 2024 from **** Veterinary Clinic stating there has been a delay with the River Clare's Pet Cremation service and they are working on getting our pet back to us asap. Then on August 22, 2024 **** Veterinary posted a letter on social media stating there has been a break down in communication and further delays with River Clare's Cremation services but they are continually working on getting our pet's remains returned. Amanda ***** has since stopped answering any phone calls, texts and emails. I have been emailing, texting, calling and leaving messages since August 2024. I have offered to come to her and pick up our pet but she is ghosting anyone and everyone. We are all hurt, upset and baffled as to what is going on and just want communication from Amanda at River Clare's and our pets remains returned to us.     The company has failed to respond to any of my calls, texts, emails or messages. It has been 5 months with zero communication or updates.

    This lady is hoarding dead animals and she has mine and lots of others dead furry friends because she was supposed to cremate them...she hasn't and its been months and there are no updates whatsoever from her.

    WHERE IS SHE? WHERE IS MY FUR BABY?

    I NEED ANSWERS!
