      My complaint with Paschall Plumbing is the way they installed the swamp cooler in the window with plumbers tape. the plexiglass did not even cover the excess space on one side of the window. This did not look like a professional job. The tape did not stop the rain from coming under the tape into the house. After this I had them take out the swamp cooler because of the rain and they could not get the swamp cooler to operate. I did get a portable unit that they gave me use and decided to keep it. I paid $2567.65 for a portable unit that works better than the swamp cooler did. I am told I will get a refund of $129.00 which I have not received yet and its been over a month now. I have never had any problems with Paschall Plumbing before this. I had to call them a couple of times from Aug 5th to Aug 20th to get an email stating the swamp cooler would not operate to stating the portable unit was mine. I call again about the refund and just got a run around.
