              I signed a contract for a 6 month fitness membership to 9Round Fitness Kickboxing. Eight days into my contract, I injured my foot from the constant high impact. After being seen by a doctor 14 days after my contract was signed I spoke the business owner and a medical freeze was placed on my account. On July 6, 2021 I spoke with the owner regarding cancelling my contract due to continued injury and inability to return to kick boxing. At this point the owner told me that the only way I could cancel my contract was to pay the buy out fee. After this conversation he very passive aggressively emailed me a copy of my contract with a note to ensure I was aware I signed a business contract that I am obligated to fulfill. I was incorrectly charged for a month my account should have been frozen and the owner stated it was their error yet I have been charge a return check fee. I provided him with an additional medical note stating my injury prohibited continuation and he continues to charge me.
