    Been a customer of this business for years. However after recently purchasing a DSP from them and it having poor performance after installing it, I left a honest review of the product on their website. I did not bash them in any way, nor did I bash the company manufacturer of the dsp. I simply left a honest review explaining the issues I was having. ****!! These folks won't allow my review to publish!! Bad business!! Untrustworthy!! Don't trust em!!

    They got my order wrong and they sent me a shipping label to return it which I printed...mind you I did notice it had someone else's name on the shipping label but I thought it would be ok.so it went back to their store as delivered....now he is saying that wasn't the shipping label he sent me and gave me a whole different tracking I had never seen..now he claims he never received the item I sent him..it's been almost a month now and I'm still waiting for a refund from them. What a way to scam your repeat customers....I will never ever buy anything from them again.so buyers beware of this scammer company.....

    Just received my order today and the pack job for shipping was not good at all, there was no paper or foam for the extra space in the box, they just threw it in a box and taped it and shipped it, the mid range boxes were bent because of movement in the box, when I picked up the box you could tell right off they didn't do a very good pack job, plus they shipped the wrong speakers the first time,
