We hired We Kitchens to reface our kitchen cabinets in February 2022 and spent approximately $11,000.00. I now understand why, 1. you cannot leave a review on their website or on Instagram. And 2, why they tell you they do not guarantee their workmanship. We immediately started having issues with our upper cabinet door hinges. Turns out, they used 1/2" screws in the hinges instead of 3/4" screws so they are working themselves loose and we are having to replace/remount the doors ourselves. How much more expensive would it have been to use the right size screws for the 3 dozen screws used in the job? ****** workmanship to save a few pennies! Thanks, We Kitchens!!!But the bigger issue is with the new cabinet drawers. While the faceplates of the drawers are OK, it is what is behind the drawers that's the problem. The drawers themselves are constructed out of particle board. We now have multiple drawers where the hardware for the drawers is literally ripping themselves loose as the particle board is crumbling. None of the screws are tight and just spin so we know this is going to be an ongoing problem. We are now having to have all our drawers rebuilt using actual wood to mount the face plates and hardware to so we can use our drawers. And no, they are not overloaded as the drawer space is actually very small and hold much less compared to our original drawers that we had for 39 years. They tout "Quality Craftmanship" on their website but this is definitely NOT the case. We are now going to end up spending thousands of dollars more have new drawers constructed and remounted. We wish we never fell for their lies about how good they are and should have backed out when they told us they don't stand by their product. Our dumb mistake to save a few bucks that we are now going to pay someone else to do the job right.I have no idea how they are still in business. They sure don't deserve to be. I cannot stress this enough...DO NOT USE WE KITCHENS FOR ANYTHING IN YOUR HOME!
