My name is ****** ********, Front of the House Manager of *** ************ **** ***** in Truckee California. We have reach out to the DMV ************************** website to look for a secured and approved provider for an Entry Level Driver Training ELDT. I also reached out personally with the FMCSA over the phone and email to confirm that this company (Train4less LLC) that is listed in their website was legit and safe. I got in contact via phone with a person name Vincent R******, owner of Train4less. He explained to me how this worked and the prices to have the ELDT for a Class A with Passenger endorsement. We came to the agreement with our Finance Department that everything seemed legit on their end, and we proceed with the payment of 2 ELDT for 4,500 USD. We received an Invoice from the company's website made with WIX. However, after a few days the invoice was not able to consult anymore. It's been a month since we have been calling Vincent R***** phone listed on the FMCSA with no response at all, same as emails that you will find attached with no response. The company is listed in a governmental site. That states that the company is legit and companies like ours will definitely trust on a gov site and proceed with a payment like this. We need your assistance to get a refund for this situation as the company has vanished completely. Please find attached the documentation.
