I don't normally post reviews but I promised ******************* if this went through I would post a review. TS Solutions Group was very thorough and professional in all my interactions with them. I recommend them to anyone wanting out of a timeshare.

Thank you TS Solutions for getting rid of my timeshare. It was a difficult decision to let it go, but in the end I'm glad you contacted me.You explained the process so I understood what was going on. You answered my questions along the way.Yesterday I got confirmation the timeshare is out of my name. We decided to go with TS Solutions last year. We got several calls, and we're a bit sceptical at first. After speaking with the attorney, I was comfortable enough to trust him. This company calls you over and over and over and over again. I have asked them many many many times to please take me off their call list that I do not want to sell my timeshare, I love my timeshare and dont mind paying for it. They will call me 10 times a day every day no matter what I ask.Review from Mike E

I have spent money before with Timeshare Exit Company's that didn't do anything except rip me off. I told that to the Intake Specialist who was patient with me about the past. I thought they were just another scam like the people who took my money before. *** did a good job explaining everything and the process to me, how they were different. I appreciate him for taking his time to prove who TS Solutions was and how they could help me. It did not even take as long as I thought it was going to. I was out in a manner of months. I was hesitant but am glad I decided to give it another try with this company. My contract was deeded back to the resort and I do not have to worry about Maintenance Fees ever again! I am grateful for the Intake Specialist and **************** for doing what they said they would do and that they kept their promise and I am out of my timeshare! We have been trying to get out of our timeshare for years. We tried selling it a few times and nothing worked for us. *** took his time and answered all our questions about who TS Solutions Group was and what they could do to help us. We were obviously hesitant about trusting him since we have lost money trying to get out in the past. *** gave us the confidence that not every company will just take our money and not help us. We knew if we kept trying eventually we would find a way to get out of our Timeshare. *** and customer service at ********************** made that possible for us. Customer Service was great and available through the entire process. Once the paper work was in we were out of our Timeshare contract within months! We are finally out of our timeshare and so happy we made the decision to go with TS Solutions group. We highly recommend this company to others because just like us, you can trust them too. Receiving multiple calls from various spoofed numbers. People are in The Philippines that say they are in Las Vegas. She is not able to tell me what state Las Vegas is in or what major freeway in in Las Vegas. I don't know how this scam works but none of the information matches. Just a call center in Asia. SCAM
