    To Whom It May Concern;

    After reviewing the emails again between *******   ******** and our Customer Care Team, I can confirm that the account has been canceled since the 21st of March. We sincerely apologize for what happened, due to an upgrade we have made, there were errors that happened with our payment processor. I've checked and can confirm that the payment was declined by your bank or card issuer and was not charged the said amount. Rest assured, this won't happen again.     This business has no way of being contacted on their website no number and no email and no way to opt out of them showing personal information. They do not respond to requests of deleting personal information unless a complaint is filed with the BBB. goes to Show the type of business they are. They have no legitimacy whatsoever and they are unreachable in any way. I want all my personal information deleted from their website and not displayed anymore as this is a violation of my privacy and causes a threat to my safety. The profile should be under **** ********** and Im requesting everything associated with my name to be deleted! Why dont you have a direct link for opt out and why dont you respond at all?

    Here at Search Quarry privacy is a priority for us. We have an online form that makes it easy to opt out
    directly on our site, no additional steps needed, **************************************************. We also
    have a *************** team dedicated to handling these requests in a timely manner. We do offer
    an option to fax or mail in opt out and data removal requests, but the online form is the most expedient.
    We have been unable to replicate the issue described by *************************** with our fax service, but we
    are reviewing the matter further. In the meantime, we have completed the data removal request and
