I was over charged by a employee. When I called I was told by the owner, I needed to leave my cc info with an employee that would write it down and when she had time she would fix the issue. I refuse to have them write it down, I said I would stop in their about 5pm, and she said she wouldn't be there and would not be inconvenience by me. I gave her an option of just letting me get two more mini and pay the dollar difference. No response to that, I asked what if I had notice in the store I was overcharged and it would be the same situation. She said sorry your uncomfortable giving a business your cc info. I stated I am comfortable with it being written down and anyone can get it. She said it was a ****** if I ever found her in the store. I told her then uour employee should all be trained on how to do refunds and fix overcharge. She stated she would not change her policy for me and I was being totally unreasonable and I am no longer welcome in her store and she will call the cops on me. Also if I didn't quit emailing her, she would take legal action against me She has refunded me my full amount with out my cc info, which is fine, I only wanted the 13 dollars refunded. Once she sent thst email with photos of the refund, I didn't even response, and she sent my another email telling me to quit emailing her, or legal action would be taken and she will not be bullied. I have talked with so many other business and they are like what, we are mot allowed to write a customer's cc info down. I already was not going to be giving her anymore business, as I was the inconvenience and she was making me jump through hoops to fix the issue her employee caused She needs to make sure everyone is trained on refunds, since it is a ****** if she is in the store, because a customer should not have to wait for her on her time or be expected to leave their cc info for everyone to see, as you never know where that employee will leave laying around
