Moving Services
Non Peak Pricing (November -March for Mon, Tues, Wed moves) Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be an additional deposit of $50.00 to our deposit rate.
$175.00 deposit minimum to book our services. Estimates over 2,000 will require a 10% down of the estimate. 100% refund with a 5 days cancelation notice and no rescheduling fee during Non Peak Season
A Cancelation Fee of no less than $125.00 will apply if canceled less then the 5 day advance notification. No Refund will be given for less then 72 hours notification.
Minimum rescheduling fee of $75.00 will apply if less than the 5 days notification is given. Rescheduling less then 72 hours before your move could be considered a cancellation if were unable to accommodate the new move date. It will depend solely on the availability of our schedule.
Peak Season (April-October for Mon, Tues, Wed moves) Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be an additional deposit of $100.00 for our high requests days.
$250 deposit minimum to book. Estimates over 2,000 will require 15.0% of the estimate. 100 % refund and no rescheduling fee will be applied as long as there is at least 10 days advance notification.A minimum of $200.00 will apply if less then 10 days notification is given and an additional $50.00 will apply for our Thursday-Sunday moves. During Peak Season any cancelation under 5 days will be non refundable.

Cleaning
Deposits will be a minimum of $25.00 for Residential customers and $75.00 for Commercial accounts. If more then one location needs service and additional fee could apply. All Cleaning services will have 48 hours to cancel with a full refund and no rescheduling fee. Any cancelation under 48hrs will forfeit the deposit if its not rescheduled within a 72 hour period. If it is a Holiday period or a weekend job there is no guarantee we will be able to reschedule in that time frame and could result in a cancelation.
