I stayed at the hotel for two nights starting Jan 18, 2025.

I paid for two nights of stay, which should have included daily housekeeping, and as a Hilton Gold member, I was promised to receive $30 of meal credit per day totaling $60 for my stay.

I did not receive $60 of meal credit ($30 per day for two days), and I did not receive any housekeeping.

I should receive $60 in meal credit, and I should receive compensation for failure to provide housekeeping services.

The business has not tried to resolve nor have they apologized for any of these issues. I have reached out to their staff and management.

On March 16, 2024 my wife and I stayed at the Whitney Peaks Hotel in Reno, which is now part of the Hilton Hotels franchise for a quick overnight stay. On March 19th I noticed that there was a charge of $129 and $25 dollars in addition to my standard hotel fee. When enquiring about these charges with a representative/employee of the Whitney Peaks, they said the $129 was for room damages (apparently some linen was reported damaged during the stay) and the $25 was for valet parking.

I questioned what was the damage done to the linen that made the items damage beyond use as I did not see anything like that upon my departure. I also reported that I did not utilize the valet parking that was offered by the facility and I was charged inappropriately.

The employee of the facility could not answer my inquiries and could not confirm my use of the hotel’s valet parking but offered to take my phone number and have a manager contact me to clear up the matter. Needless to say it has been over 5 days since this discussion and I have not heard from anyone from the Whitney Peaks Hotel. I’m hoping I can resolve this soon as I feel I have been charged for services and incidents that I did not use or am not responsible for and I would like to have those charges reversed. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I was double charged for a prepaid hotel reservation.

I booked and paid for a reservation through TripAdvisor. On 3/8/2024. During check-in, the front desk attendant told me that a credit card is needed for a $50 per night incidental, and proceeded to charge me $281.92. When asked about the amount, she said it was only a pre-authorization.

When I checked out on 3/10, my credit card was charged the $281.92

The first time I called on 3/13, I was told that I would get a call back the same day or the next day.

When I didn't get any callback and called again on 3/15, I was told that I needed to follow up with TripAdvisor to get my refund, although the erroneous charge was done by the hotel

Me and my brother ****** stayed at Whitney Peak on Jan 21-22, 2023. During our stay we had multiple issues, including dirty towels in the bathroom and the coffee mugs having stains on them which made them unusable. But the most infuriating part was I left my iPad charger in the room, which I did not see due to my brother borrowing it and throwing it onto the white bedsheets. I felt it would be a simple matter of calling Whitney Peak and asking them to mail it back. But I have called multiple times, front desk is unhelpful and rude, twice I was transferred to security and all I got was a voicemail…and they never returned my messages. Looking on the Apple website the cable is worth $29.99 and the charging block is $19. I suspect I never got it back because housekeeping knew how valuable it was and decided to keep it. I demand they either return it to me, buy me a replacement, or refund the money for our stay.
