I placed an order for a NJ legal A1 Birdcage muzzle brake on 6/3/24. I paid $38 and my order has been stuck on "awaiting fulfillment" since then. I have tried to contact this business numerous times(messages on the website, emails, phone calls) and have received no replies. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering but unfortunately I didn't and am now stuck like the rest of their customers. How this business can continue to operate and steal people's hard earned money is beyond me. They need to be shut down if they cannot fulfill the orders that we are placing. I purchased various items for $195.42 on November 12th 2024. For months I have been emailing and calling with zero responses on my order. Today is April 23rd 2025 and I still have not received any response or delivery of product. I purchased with my Chase Sapphire Reserve card, they told me its been too long for me to dispute the charge. I placed an order on February 6, 2025 for a front sight base for a total of $52.00 that I believed to be in stock as there was no notification of it being out of stock on the website. I found out through the FAQ page that everything is out of stock and they don't take your money until products come in and they ship it out. I tried to call them several times and the voice mail box is always full and they never have responded to my multiple emails. As of the last update on February 11 it shows the item is awaiting fulfillment and they have taken the money out of my bank account. Two weeks ago I sent yet another email via their contact us page requesting the cancellation of the order and a full refund sent into my bank account and I have had no reply whatsoever. These are very shady business practices and want my order cancelled and my $52.00 put back into my bank account. I hope you can help me get this resolved through your investigation. Item ordered on the 3rd of April 2024. Still have not received it. I have repeatedly reached out to the company via their phone number and their account messaging at retrorifles.com. No responses. Phone goes to voicemail, and you cannot leave a message because box is full. Thier website says if you use an MSN email product that they cannot respond to it because it will automatically send it to SPAM folder. Yours not theirs. I have added their email to my safe list so I know that isn't true and I got emails throughout the order process from them, so they should be able to respond. Just a lame excuse to screw over customers. This company should be reported to whatever Nevada department covers consumer affairs. They should be fined or shut down for the way they conduct business. Taking money and not sending out a product is criminal. If they know they have shipping/stocking issues, then they should have a process of not charging for products until they are shipped.Initial Complaint

I purchased what was to be custom made hand guards for a Colt Rifle. This was a Pre-Order scenario. I was charged $149.00 at the time of order. Several months went by and I reached out to them by email asking when I could expect to see my purchase. I was told there were issues with production and they would resolve them soon. Every 3 or 4 months I would email again asking what was going on. The same person { Amy } had a story for me each time. Several months ago I asked for a refund. It was clear at this time that I was not going to see my order. Of course now there was no response to my email. I told them I was going to report them to the BBB and still no response. This has been going on for almost two years now. I guess what really bothers me is that the whole time [almost two years] this was going on they were still taking pre-orders on a product they did not have to sell. You can go to their website today and still see them offered for pre-order.. I'm very disappointed that I was forced to reach out to the BBB. They are not the stand up business that I was refereed to by my peers.
