    I signed a contract with Automated Alliance and Happy Smiles LLC in October of 2021. In the contract, they were to help me open a Walmart Store. The name of my store is POP LIFE LLC. They Were to be paid 40% of my profits to manage and fully operate my store and fill orders. If they did not make a profit of $18,000 for me in 18 months, they would return $13,000 to me. I paid them $18,000 by electronic payment on October 6, 2021.. I had to have a working capital of $10,000 available for them to use. I took out a loan for $25,000 to start this store. I opened a business bank account under my company name POPLIFE LLC. I provided all the documents they requested, I am paying $500 a month to pay back this loan, I opened a business bank account, I opened a business name in New Jersey, All of these expenses were out of my pocket. They never did anything with my account. They kept giving me excuses as to why my store was not opened. They said they were reorganizing, then they said I was denied by Walmart, then they said I was still being considered by Walmart and to wait. Basically right now its been 14 months and I have no store, I have $0profit. I am stuck paying back $25,000 of debt from this situation. The two companies I signed a contract with is Automatic Alliance Group LLC in Delaware and Happy Smiles LLC based out of Nevada. As of today I am still not getting any answers as to why my store is not created.
