    I gave **** at ****s electric 350.00 to do a job the man did not have to do the work ,he told me he doesn't do refunds he would do another job for me ,I've known this man along time he is older I agreed approx. Two weeks ago I took the bus to his business to ask him to fix my truck he told me to get it there because I could not afford his tow truck guy ,that he would fix it ,I have my truck towed there **** the owner said I'm calling sheriff get this truck out of here ,threaten me with the sheriff, I have removed my vehicle I did have Reno p.d harass me and red tag my truck when I called dispatch they have no record of a call to that address I have told dispatch of event and am making a report to internal affairs . **** did not give me a receipt ,he has been trying to sell me a car for 3.000 that he has no paper work on under the table he is very bad business guy . beside the 300.00 he owes me I would like the 120.00 tow fee two ways it cost me to get it to his shop . Thank you for your time
