              On September 14, Mike M*****, the owner, repairman and secretary as claimed on his answering machine message, stated he fixed my dryer for $380.00 stating it was the Heating element. I mentioned that since the dryer was working at times and not others, I thought it was a sensor issue not a heating element issue, but he insisted that he know what if was and that his repairs were always 100% guaranteed. The dryer was not fixed, I used it right after he left. He did not check while he was there. I contacted him right away and he said he would order another part and keep me posted. Then, delays and excuses one after the others, his wife has Lupus and needs treatments in another state, is in the hospital and he is really busy and will get back. Never does. Today, I finally had Mike on the phone, and he gave me the same excuses and said he would get back. 3 months of excuses, I just want a refund and get someone else that can fix my broken dryer.

              Mike, the business owner, gave a verbal estimate of $800 to repair oven. He snapped in the part in about 5 minutes, went out to his truck to write the invoice and returned, requesting payment of $480 MORE than his original estimate. When I questioned him, he said the part was $1000. I looked up the part online and it appeared to sell for around $300. His bill was $1280. His compliment of, "You have a beautiful home" did not make me feel better about being ripped off.
