We have been thoroughly disappointed by Thoroughbred Management and our Property Manager, Justin ******. I concur and agree with the other scathing reviews of Thoroughbred Management. The overall manner in which this business conducts themselves, and with those that have concerns and questions, is condescending, disrespectful, and demeaning. They fail to be active in addressing concerns, and are typically unresponsive to emails. They claim to have no knowledge of concerns or communication when there is proof of correspondence. It's very obvious that there is no concern for our community and neighborhood. Any request of help is met with resistance - there is no reasoning as to why they are not able to be of assistance, no suggestions as to how to resolve the issue - just negativity and a lack of concern. Finally, there is constant refusal to make improvements and progress in our community - even simple maintenance is not being handled. Because of this, our community is showing neglect, with the most simple of tasks being ignored.
Overall, Thoroughbred Management is a disaster of a management company and a failure to those that depend on them to play an active role in the community.

We are sorry to hear that your interaction with our
community manager has been less than satisfactory. As there was not enough
information in your complaint for us to identify the association, or what the
concerns were. Please call our office at 702-515-2042 and ask to speak with
your Community Manager’s Director, Melissa ******. When you call, please also
provide specific information/details (i.e., which community you live in), etc.
Our office is open Mon-Thur 9 am-5 pm and Fri 9 am-2 pm.

This company has no "management" skills. They seem to confuse the skills utilized to balance a checkbook with the skills required to effectively manage a community. Reminds me of bad religion complete with archaic processes and rules that are still utilized with no effort / motivation to improve. The core of their job is to shuffle paperwork - that's it. They could care less. Maybe Thoroughbred should refrain from the GREED and drop a few communities so that they can regain a focus on how to actually and effective service the people who live there. Allowing people to sit on the board who ** do not live in the community but own a home ** is offensive at best. If the Board member does NOT live in the community - then that person has no business piping in on anything! The most pathetic demonstration of organized white collar crime prevalent today. They do NOTHING but pay the bills to maintenance the community. As far as enforcing the rules of the city and the community - absolutely USELESS.

Unfortunately, the ideas shared in this complaint are not within our scope. Your opposition to a homeowner who doesn’t live in their home being allowed to serve on the Board is not a management decision. We do not allow it—NRS 116 allows it. You would need to take that issue up with your local elected officials to try and make a change to that law. In regards to enforcing laws of the city and community—the management company only enforces rules of the community that are within the Governing Documents of the community. Management does not enforce local city laws. As has been communicated with you before, complaints involving local city laws should be directed to your local city jurisdiction (i.e. police department or code enforcement).

Fix your **** website/ invest in IT, when you try to reset your password you get stuck in a loop. You are taken into an email page, told to click on the link which you cant, you have to cut and paste it. It then takes you back to their original homepage .... I tried different browsers also...

Treasures/Thoroughbred Management doesn’t believe is sending a “Notice of Violation". They apparently go straight to "Notice of Hearing". Does anyone else have to deal with an HOA like this? They don't return calls timely, if ever. Abbey *****, manager, emailed me in late February “Typically the Owner’s will receive a first notice and then a hearing notice”. I wish she would tell her employees. I called today, with no return call. Called again and they were already closed at 3:00 p.m. I had to deal with a different issue last November. Same thing, straight to "Notice of Hearing". It took them till late February to tell me that the issue was resolved.

Thank you for leaving a review.
It is unfortunate that you were unable to get through to the Community Manager while your Manager was out of the office. Per our records, your Community Manager returned your call and left a voicemail due to your phone system does not allow certain communications. Your Community Manager reached out via a personal cell phone. We do show that your concerns had been addressed with your Property Management Company any violation concerns will be reviewed and closed accordingly at the next Community inspection. Please feel free to reach out at any time should you need additional assistance in the future.
