    In April 2025, I received a quote for an electrical panel upgrade. I was told half the amount was needed to begin work, which included filing paperwork with ************* for a temporary disconnect.. I paid $2,500.00. The receipt is attached. After not hearing from One Hour Electric for several weeks, I called and was told they were waiting to hear from *********. I contacted ********* on May 27, 2025. A representative said that they had not received paperwork from One Hour Electric. When I called One Hour Electric, I was again told they were waiting on *********. I informed them of what I learned from the ********* representative. I was then told the owner would call me. I have not received a call from the owner. Several days later, I called again and requested a refund of $2,500.00. After not seeing action on the part of One Hour Electric, I sent an email requesting my deposit. Continuing inaction from One Hour Electric indicated I needed to call. I was told by the owner he would call me after 5:00. I did not receive a call. I also emailed the owner to inform him I would contact the BBB.

    On or about Apr 2025 i called requesting a new smoke detector to be installed. The person on phone suggested i replace all smoke detectors because it was time to be replaced based on my time in home. I agreed. The electrician installed six brand new smoke detectors and a new Co2 alarm in the home for about $700+ dollars. Almost immediately after the alarms would inexplicably chirp for no reason. I had to call them about two or three times before they called me back. They had another electrian come out like two weeks later. He said he found a loose wire and all appeared to be fixed. A few days later the same chirping occurred with mainly three detectors. I'd have to get up at 1 a.m. and stop the chirping, even turning off the circuit breakers. I'd come home from work only to walk into house with alarms chirping. I called the company and left numerous messages. They never call back it's like pulling teeth to get someone ot answer the phone. They even missed an appointment and blamed it on the electrian and said he would be fired. Their professionalism is shotty at best i paid $700+ dollars for new smoke detectors and they aren't currently operational because i'm afraid of being woken up at 1 a.m. to chirping. My old detectors were not giving me an issue, but since they installed the new ones i've been given the run around and flat out ignored to the point i'd like my money back and/or MUCH better service.

    We have reached out to the customer ****** on couple of occasions. He ultimately said he did not want any business with our company. We have no problem completing any type of work related to his initial issue, for customer satisfaction.

    I am rejecting this response because: they conveniently left out the fact the not only did they reach out to me a couple of times...we also made appointments that THEY NEVER showed up to. Two to be exact. On the 3rd attempt that is when I said I want no further business with this company.

    I hired one hour electric to fix a breaker that was tripping my hot tub on 5/13/24. I was charged ******. My hot tub is still tripping after I had a hot tub repairman look at my hot tub. He suggested it was a bad breaker. I called one hour yesterday and I spoke to a ****. He said to call Him in the morning. I Called him 3 times and no response. The attached receipt does not give their business location. I signed a statement saying that I wouldnt cancel my credit card payment. I feel like I have been scammed. I want a refund or the breaker to be fixed. I found their ad on *********** After I didnt receive any calls back I started looking at the reviews. Some of them are bad! This company lists different telephone numbers. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and I cannot afford to pay another electrician. It was dark when the electrician was here and he just told me to sign. I had no idea that statement was on the receipt that I cannot cancel my credit card payment. One hour electric should stand behind their work/word. Thanks for your time. I look forward to your response.

    I am being totally ignored by this company, One Hour Electric. I would like a REFUND of my money in regards to the defective transformer that was installed, to fix the doorbell; and the front address lights. These two house items don't work anymore. My door bell no longer works, and my address light does not work, either.The work was supposedly done on September 24, 2022. See the attached, paid in full invoice,16977, from One Hour Electric of $700. I longer require their shoddy services. Please find the attached document.***** and **** are the two individuals I dealt with. ***** was the one who performed the so-called work. I have tried to contact them four days in a row; and they never return my phone calls. Upon receipt of this email, please let me know.     I am rejecting this response because: I looked at the attached document (*******************: ***********************), and it is totally different from my case.
    My issue/complaint was with my broken address lighting (which has been fixed by One Hour Electric) and my electric doorbell, which was never fixed or repaired by One Hour Electric.
    I still want to be reimbursed or receive a REFUND for the non-work in repairing my broken doorbell that One Hour Electric blew out by faulty wiring.

    **************** HAS NOT ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THIS OFFICE AT ALL!  He neglected to mention that we sent two other technicians out there, ***** and *****, to which **************** expressed his approval of the technicians and their work that was performed.  He even signed a statement stating that he would retract his complaint. 

    I believe that **************** is being racist in his complaints against ***** and *********  ***** is a great technician with zero complaints and is always praised for his work ethic and performance by every customer he has encountered.  **************** would not let ***** out of his sight, constantly invading his personal/workspace, making ***** VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.  When he did contact us about the address light (a week after the initial repair,) **** gave a FREE address sign/light (at a $100.00 value) and then sent ***** and ***** (whom are both African American) to take care of ******************** address light as he specifically requested that we "do not send the white kid."  After his encounter with ***** and *****, whom both stated that **************** was "very happy" and that everything worked.  Since that day we have NOT heard from **************** other than the fraudulent accusations to the ****************** and the BBB.  IF **************** had really contacted us with his issues, we would have addressed them, but again, HE HAS NOT!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Please note that the response from One Hour Electric is totally untrue. Indeed, what he/she writes is a fabrication.

                    First,I am deeply insulted that I was called a racist, regarding ***** and *********  The response mentioned that I would not let ***** out of my sight constantly invading his personal/workspace. ***** was working for me at my house, and he was a stranger to me. I had every right to shadow him, to watch what he was doing. Was I automatically supposed to trust this guy? I think not.

                    You can ask ***** and *****, and they will tell you that I kept them in sight the entire time at my house, too. These two African Americans (***** and *****)were totally professional; and they actually fixed my address light. And I was satisfied with their service in fixing my address light. Finally, they treated me with respect.

                    By the way, ****, for some reason, thinks that I am supposed to be thankful or grateful for providing a new address light. But this was the main reason why I called on One Hour Electric in the first place.

                    I did not want ***** to come back out to my home, because he was the one who did not fix my address light; and ***** broke my door ****, which is connected to the same transformer in my garage. ***** and ***** indicated that faulty wiring probably caused the blow-out of my door bell chime, because it was working before ***** touched it.

                    Whoever wrote this response from One Hour Electric is not telling you the truth.I did call **** about replacing my door bell chime; and this is when he cursed me with foul language; and I hung up on him. He also said that he did not want my business anymore; and to go elsewhere. I told you about how poorly I was treated by **** over the phone, and how he told me he would not replace my **** door bell chime for free. You can check my earlier emails to you, which will attest to the validity of what I am saying.

                    Someone at One Hour Electric is just making things up, and calling me a racist because I wanted them to fix my electrical problems is offensive and hurt me deeply. I did not fraudulently accuse One Hour Electric of anything.

                    I no longer want to talk to **** or anyone else at One Hour Electric,because of the unfair way that I have been treated by them, **** in particular.Therefore, I want a REFUND or the price of a new chime, to replace the one that the wiring by ***** blew out. Thank you for your help in this matter.
