    Driving from ** to ** my transmission kept slipping about 60 miles outside *********. Had to be towed into *********. Took car to this auto care center for diagnosis and was told the transmission needed repair/rebuilt for a cost of $2800 and would be done approximately within a week. I gave them the $1800 they required before they would start work. This was Jan 9th. Waited nearly 4 weeks for job to be done. Any calls about updates were answered with assurances of "just a few more days". My life was pretty much on hold. I was staying with my sister but my life and home was in ********** and I wonder if that may have influenced their lack of concern, I was at their mercy. When I got the car back it still ran badly, transmission still slipping. I brought it back within a few days and asked them to fix it. Now they found another issue, it needed an electrical "harness" another part to be ordered and waited for. This again took weeks. Once installed, the car ran okay for a few days and I headed home to **. The transmission failed approximately 200 miles out of ***** in ** and had to be towed home the last 100 miles. The work is warranted but the shop is in ***. I can't tow it to LV and HOPE they get it right THIS time. All calls to the shop have been ignored, no call backs. I can't help but think they are waiting out the warranty time to ignore the work. I have since had my sister, who helped out financially, put a dispute claim on her credit card for the $1800 payment she made to them to initiate the work. The $1000 I paid is in their pocket. When home I took it to my mechanic who did another diagnostic and said a used transmission was installed. He could repair it for $4000. I need my money back so I can get this job done correctly (and in my neighborhood). Any help you can offer in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    The transmission has a warranty, and in order for us to warranty the transmission, the vehicle has to be presented at this garage where the wok was done. Further, we need to inspect the vehicle to determine if the transmission is bad, or if something else is causing the trans not to function properly.. Either way, the vehicle has to be presented at this garage.

    I have been a customer to aa auto care for years. Recently I have not had the best customer ********************** or repairs. Ive brought my car in countless of times for repairs that are very costly to still have the same issues on my car. Over this last month I have two open accounts I am paying off for repairs on a coolant leak and an alternator. The coolant leak has been causing my engine to overheat and was told that I needed to replace the hoses as some or all were cracked. This repair costed me 2100 dollars. My car has sat in their shop for two weeks the first time. I finally go to pick my car up and after a week of having it, the coolant remained. I then brought it back going another two weeks without transportation. I get a call that my car is ready but within 3 days of having it.. the leak was still there. I brought the car back where it sat for another two weeks well the coolant leaked the same day I picked it up. I am frustrated with the costs of parts and labor to have to deal with this issue repeatedly. I call often for updates as the communication ***** and every time I speak to someone Im being told about another issue my car has and would cost about the same ball park each repair at this point I dont believe that every repair costs about the same. From what Ive been told, a manager there has been working on my vehicle but tells me its very hard to tell what may be causing the leak. However I find it very strange for me to be paying for parts to the coolant system that initially shouldve fixed the problem!

    My car was taken to ******* on **************************** location for engine repairs to pass a smog and check engine light, in January 2024 and after a long battle to get the required body repairs accomplished we keep getting the run around when the engine repairs are going to be completed and when the car passes smog, but now it was discovered that engine parts where not reinstalled from AA body repair shop that are required to pass smog and we keep getting different stories from both managers when the parts are due in or a confirmation when the parts were ordered

    Evidently, several days ago, Mr. ****** met with the district manager at ************, at *********************, and discussed the repair issue. It is my understanding that both parties came to an agreement, as far as when the vehicle repairs would be completed.

    I am rejecting this response because: I Mr. ****** was at ************ on Monday September 10th and met with a manager and was told that he would need to get ahold of **** and get the status of the car, he did show me the text he sent. The problem is that this same individual told me over the phone on Thursday 9/5 **** ordered the parts, then on Friday late afternoon said the parts came in, so on Saturday I stopped in the ****** store expecting progress and **** said they havent received the parts yet and was was expecting them on Monday 9/10, anyway, this repair has been going on for over 8 months and all I have expected was progress updates and a fair and honest estimate when repairs are going to be completed. As of today we still dont have a confirmation when our car will be completed, the bottom line question is when is our car going to be completed?

    The check engine lamp issue was repaired, Sveral days later, the vehicle owner stated the vehicle was overheating. As a courtesy, we had the vehicle towed to the garage. We found that the overheating was caused by the thermostate and the radiator, an estimate was prepared with the owner authorizing the repairs. The mermostat and radiator was replaced, this solved the overheating problem on the vehicle.

    This Auto shop is the only reason the vehicle overheated and needed the thermostat and radiator replaced. It was not several days later and the vehicle was never driven as I stated in my original statement. The BBB needs to hold this fraudulent company accountable , I have done research and this is not the first time this has occurred to a patron of this auto shop.

    As I had previous;t stated, the vehicle had an overheating issue which was resolved, when the vehicle owner had autorized the repairs. He needs to stop making false allegations, there were no fraud. As a matter of fact, he refused to sign the repair work order, snatching the work order from the service writer, very unprofessional behaviour, and departing the facility. There are no additional reponses to this complaint.

    Like all of the other reviews here, I too had the same exact experience of ************* I took my car here to repair/replace a blown head gasket and failed injectors. ******* directed me to Koalifi financing to cover the $4,300 repair which was a scam. My car was initially diagnosed at the ****** dealership and ******* assured me his repair would be cheaper. My vehicle was at ************ for two and a half months. They had a car on a rack above my car in the shop that leaked fluid/oil all over the roof of my car that dripped down all sides of my car. When they released my car to me, within 24 hours the car malfunction messages re-appeared on the dash. They towed my car back and released to me the next day and again, within 24 hours the car malfunction messages re-appeared again. They towed my car back again and ******* told me he couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called ******* and disputed the transaction with them and tried to dispute the repair directly with ******* when he told me, "go ahead and sue me"! I was directed to contact the General Manager, ****, who told me he would look into the matter and get back to me and he NEVER did. I disputed the transactions with my bank and was provided with the documents that AA Auto provided to the bank, which were the credit card charge slip signed by me and AA Auto's invoice for 2 of the 8 injectors. The bank came back and asked me to provide them with a second opinion of the vehicle from another mechanic, which I was able to provide and now after 6 MONTHS of dealing with this, the bank gave me a permanent credit for the charges. THIS SHOP TRIED TO SCAM ME! The finance company is also being investigated for consumer fraud, deceptive business practices, conversion and breech of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealings. If you are reading this review and you have had a similar experience, contact **** **************** in *********. ALSO, file a formal complaint with the Nevada DMV!

    My complaint is a justified COMPLAINT and must be posted publicly as you have posted the other complaints. The finance company this merchant directed me to is reporting bad on my credit profile indicating I owe them over $7,000, so I am asking the BBB to address my request for a refund from this merchant, because they are not refunding the money they received directly from the finance company. The second opinion I received on my car proves this shop did not make the alleged repairs. The local community deserves to and is entitled to read my complaint and the information I shared.  You tell me in our email to me that you will keep my information on file for 3 years and used to monitor additional complaints about this business, HOWEVER, HOW MANY COMPLAINTS DO YOU NEED TO RECEIVE???!!! The complaints are all VERY SIMILAR in details, yet your office is doing NOTHING. The home page for this business has a WARNING from the BBB that the Nevada Secretary of State has revoked their business license. AGAIN, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING? Your platform is not protecting the public, you are protecting the business that is scamming people out of thousands of dollars, and causing havoc in people's lives! SHAME ON YOU!!

    I am rejecting this response because: My vehicle was taken back to AA Auto Care #100 THREE TIMES and AA Auto Care #100 was unable to repair my vehicle, which they received $4,300 from Koalafi, the finance company for, which they have refused to REFUND to me OR Koalafi, the finance company. Koalafi, the finance company has asked for the charge back and AA Auto Care #100 has refused to process the refund. These two business are pointing the finger at each other and deflecting accountability/responsibility and refusing to DO THE RIGHT THING. A second repair opinion was provided from a reputable mechanic to AA Auto #*** and the finance company proving the repairs were not made. The statement made about what was done with the vehicle after AA Auto Care #100 did not repair my vehicle is irrelevant to my claim to date. My vehicle was paid off. I paid over $30K for it.  Because AA Auto #*** did not repair the vehicle and it is unknown what was done to my vehicle after sitting in their shop for 2 months, the vehicle had to be replaced. My damages are over 60K because of AA Auto Care #100 fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Koalafi has violated Nevada Law in their deceptive business practices with their contract agreements.

    I went in to get work done shocks struts. On 1 day, the following day breaks and arms the following week. I have an accident while I run into 2 vehicles. One of those vehicles hit another vehicle after having my work done a week prior after I had my work done. I was hearing noises and things were happening to the vehicle that had never happened before. I went to them. I recorded it. I reached out to them several times and they did not make time for me. They eventually told me to come in Monday. May 20th I was on my way there. May 20th is when I had the accident of the breaks. When all the way to the floor and I could not stop my vehicle. It was frightening, it was scary. He was traumatizing and I pray. No one else have to go through this or anything similar

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I continuously called the business after the work was done. I told them what was going on. I asked could I bring my vehicle in? I was always rejected with well not today. Give it time drive for 200 miles and itll get back to where it has to be itll break it in then I called on the Saturday before my accident and I was told no no bring it Monday so I was on my way Monday May 20 Monday morning to the shop to see what was going on, but unfortunately I did not make it to the shop because of the accident. I want my refund at this time $1050 Plus $1700 what does that come up to you? $2750 its sad to pay that amount of money and your vehicle is not fixed properly and mechanically have malfunction.     My car didnt pass the smog test and Im disabled at home and had a couple friends take it in. It was $ ******** for the whole job so I asked if they could start the work with my debit card and pay it all with my credit card when it was done and they said yes no problem! So I went to get the car and I have a loan at Koalifi *********** they said they would drop the loan if AA would ask and they would have a 3 way call to resolve it but AA is not doing anything Ive called and called to correct it but they will not talk to me or call ******* and I want to pay my bill but I dont want them taking as much as they want when they want Im disabled on a fixed income that is why I specifically asked them before I okayed the work I never asked for a loan I told them I was paying with my credit card and they said okay but didnt do anything like that. Please help me pay my bill and stop the stress Im going through stuck sitting here waiting for surgery PLEASE!

They say I did it on line but they didnt have my address until the 10 of June and they said I asked for it April 24!     The picture shows the name of ******* the mechanic wrote on the bill when I tried to give him the credit card! I never asked for a lease or loan and they just made it up! This is so frustrating I have answered every time I found a message from BBB ! Im disabled and dont have a computer just my iPhone so Im confused about this situation and I dont feel like anyone paid attention to my complaint and didnt give me enough time apparently since its closed and it shouldnt have been closed you should get the whole story instead of a picture with no reference! I am disabled so Im home 24/7 and Im always looking for a response and answer back asap! Open this back up and do a better job please!

    I spoke with a lady there telling her the loan company said it was FRAUDULENT and they stopped it and gave me the money back but AAAuto Care wont talk to me about them committing fraud in my name! I am waiting for the hard copy! But they saw my police report and decided it was fraudulent!

    Vehicle has been at shop for over 5 months (oct 2023). The shop manager has been difficult to get a hold of at times, and when he is available the shop manager has another issue with the vehicle. We used their recommended finance company to pay for the original repairs and still don't have my vehicle back. I have emailed the company several times with no contact from anyone. The vehicle is financed and still making payments. We would like our money back as well as the vehicle and for AA auto to send to ******** dealership for repair and for AA auto to pay for the repairs.

    We conducted the repairs that were needed on this vehicle, and once these repairs were completed, it was determined the turbo was not functioning properly. Therefore, we advised the vehiicle owner that his vehicle will require a replacement turbo. The vehicle owner stated he has a dealer warranty on the turbo, and will take his vehicle to the dealership to have the turbo replaced.

    We took our car into this shop twice, the first time they charged us about $3,000 and they had our car for over 3 months. From DEC 26, 2022- MARCH 2023. We then had to take the car back to that shop the first week of NOV 2023, to change our catalytic converter and solenoid wastage. They said they had to buy new parts but we brought them what was needed. They kept the care 3 days longer than shouldve. Then told us to drive it and put 50 miles on it so we can *******, so we did and it still did not pass the smog. This shop owner ******* is quite rude and they charged my father ANOTHER $2,500. The person who does the **** testing also had a half drunk bottle of *********************** Whiskey at work, in his shop area. I have pictures of this. We just want to get our money back from this shop because they were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional and *********** my father for more money. Our car is still incomplete and we deserve a refund.

    On November 11,2023, Mr. *********************** presented his 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, to our repair garage along with a replacement catalytic converter and turbo wastegate for his vehicle, requesting to have these parts replaced on his vehicle. ****************** stated that he had his vehicle diagnosed at an auto parts store, (prior to presenting his vehicle to our repair garage), and was advised by the auto parts store that a catalytic converter and turbo wastegate was needed to fix the problem on his vehicle.
    Upon review of the catalytic converter and turbo wastegate which ****************** had supplied us with, revealed the catalytic converter and turbo wastegate was the incorrect parts for his vehicle. This was brought to Mr. ******** attention, therefore, ******************* agreed to have us order the correct catalytic converter and turbo wastegate,which he paid for.
    The catalytic converter along with the turbo wastegate was replaced on Mr. ******** vehicle,and he was advised he needed to drive his vehicle, in order to set the monitors, so that his vehicle will be ready for the state emissions inspection.
    After driving his vehicle for several days, ****************** returned to our repair garage for an emissions inspection, several times, however, the monitors were not set to completestatus. At the time, ****************** was advised that there may be an issue with the vehicle, which must be corrected.
    Be advised, our repair garage replaced the catalytic converter and the turbo wastegate as per Mr. ******** request. Furthermore, the auto parts store that ****************** had his vehicle diagnosed at is not a state authorized/licensed test and repair facility.
    We value ***************** as a valued customer, and as a courtesy, we would like to offer ***************** a diagnostic test on his vehicle, free of charge, to find out what will take, to resolve his vehicles issue.

    As we had previoulsy stated, we would perform a diagnostic test on Mr. ******** vehicle free of charge, evidently, when ****************** returned to ********** foir the free diagnostic test, he was very temperamental, began utilizing profanity in the presence of our customers, and disrespecting our counter employee, demading we work on his vehicle right away. Because of his actions, ****************** was instructed to vacate **********.

    I am rejecting this response because: For the most part, their reply is 85% lies. They also told us that because we left a bad review that wouldnt service the car. Which again is a lie because we did not leave a negative review UNTIL that day around 10:30 am They started off having attitude with us the second time we back, ALONG WITH their SMOG check dude having a buzz and a BOTTLE OF **** ON HIS DESK. WHILE DRIVING CUSTOMERS CARS. When he checked our SMOG the first time we came back for that check, i was in the passenger and i could SMELL IT. They then threw profanity AT US after we drove the 50 miles, then we went back and then they still refused to help when we went back because we did not drive it enough and thats false. We drove OVER 50 miles. **** when we went back they were absolutely disgustingly disrespectful and treated us horrible even though they said wed have some sort of resolution and when we went back, they did NOTHING. Nothing but be disrespectful AFTER we have given them over $1,820.00. Theyre liars. At this point if they want to put the blame on us and lie, we dont want anything from them but that $1,820.00 REFUNDED. Its caused SO much stress due to them misinforming us AND YOU, a ***************** we just want our money refunded. We will never go to them EVER again. just give us the refund.

    I have taken MULTIPLE pictures of different reviews by others who also have had negative reviews. the ** AUTOCARE on ********* *************** said they wont work on our car, after we were told many times. they said that because we left a bad review when we werent the first nor the last to leave any bad reviews.

    On 08/15/23, I took my vehicle for a diagnostic On 08/16/23 (*******) called me and told me the total repair would cost $2,600. However, I opted for just the partial repair. The repair would cost $1,100, using a third party finance company Easypay.******* stated the contract with Easypay would have to be signed on the same day for them to begin the work. I signed the contract.On 08/22/23 ******* told me he wanted to work on it some more.On 08/25/23 ******* told me I would need the engine replaced and we negotiated the price to $2,900.00 Out the door with the $1,100.00 I already paid, included in the price.I told ******* I needed the Easypay contract canceled since I had not made any payment to them yet and I would pay with ******* since I was approved for a higher balance. ******* stated he would cancel Easypay and place the full amount on Koalifi. However, he needed the Koalifi contract approved the same day because he had a used engine with approximately 66K miles on it. I signed a contract with ******* for $1,900.00 and would wait for Easypay to be canceled by A A Auto so I could place the remaining balance on Koalifi.Since 08/25/23 until 09/07/23, I called A A Auto 12 times (Call logs saved on my phone).On 09/07/23, I received a call from ******* to tell me the vehicle was ready. I told him, to figure out the Easypay cancellation ASAP and furthermore, the total amount I had payed them was $3,067.00 and I needed a refund of $167.00.On 09/08/23, I was told it was still in the works. However, at this point I wanted my vehicle back. When I picked it up, ******* wrote on my receipt.. Customer owed $167.00 back.I have called once a day to find out an update on my refund and have been told, we dont have an update.09/13/23, called to find out what the update on my refund was and was told the usual We dont know.At this point I just want my $167.00 back and want nothing to do with this shop again. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: It is 09/21/23 and I still have not heard from a representative of A A Auto with a resolution. I have been patient. However, it seems the business is giving the BBB the same "Runaround" I am receiving. If there is no resolution from A A Auto by end of business day, Friday 09/22/23, I will pursue the matter in small claims court at the *****************************. At that point, I will not only ask for the money owed, I will also ask for any court costs. Thank you.
