    I was in an accident and tow truck driver with *** told us this great place gives you free rental. When we dropped the car off the tow truck driver was giving people hugs. Dont think much but now after our experience and reading others who were referred by a tow truck driver, I do think there is some type of scheme going on with the *** tow truck and this company. We dropped our car off in January and just picked it up. When i got ahold of ******* he was rude off the start. He told me to bring my fat a** down there. Im not even overweight. 6 months to fix because its ****** ***** doesnt make sense to me. If he cant to the job in a reasonable time then dont take jobs. We had to pay for rental cars and everything.

    First off ****, I was never rude to you...we both know the truth. After you insulted me, yes, I did tell you to come down to the shop and speak to me face to face. The "fat ass" comment is something you had made up in your head since I've never seen you, so that's an odd comment for me to make since you said yourself you're not even fat. Truthfully that's something I stopped saying to people in ************* because that hurts peoples feelings, I mean look how offended it made you and I never even said it. Second, you are correct...the vehicle is German made. The issue is, yours is a ******** not a **** I'm a little confused as to what rental you are referring to paying for, as I gave a FREE car the entire time of repairs. I believe you are referring a deductible (which is what you refereed to in this complaint) that is for repairs. That has nothing to do with the rental or any other part of the loss.

    On 7/7/23 my son got into an accident in my car. The front end was damaged, but not the engine. At the advice of the *** tow truck driver, we had it taken to Fantastic Finishes to get repaired. We were moving out of town on July 31, so we had to have my car shipped across the country when it was done 8 weeks later, and I received it on September 5. Insurance paid the shop over $10,000 in addition to our deductible to repair the front end. When I got my car back, I quickly noticed some concerning issues. There wasnt any insulation under the hood, the air vent in front of the engine was missing the bolts that held it down and moving around freely, and the hood had a noticeable larger gap on the right side when closed. I contacted the shop on September 7 and at their request, sent pictures of the areas of concern. I was told that ******* would get back to be. I never heard from him. If I were still in *********, I would have taken it down there, but this isnt a possibility, which he knew when he was completing the work. I expected my car to be returned in the condition it was in prior to the accident, but this shop not only has no pride in their workmanship, but they havent tried to make it right. We want the shop to reimburse us for the cost of correcting the issues they didnt correctly repair.

    Hello ****, this is *******. I did speak with you in regards to this vehicle, I called the dealer and they don't make a insulator for your vehicle. As for the clip I had told you to order the piece and send the invoice and I will reimburse you for that no problem. As for the fitment, I can only use the parts the insurance company allows since you were the at fault party and signed a contract with them allowing them to use aftermarket parts. If it's an issue that can't be fixed we need to speak with the insurance to get them to pay for a new bumper instead of an aftermarket. Let me know if I can further assist you, Thank you!

    I am rejecting this response because: On September 21, I received an email from Fantastic Finishes. They offered to send the hood prop plastic cover and the screws for the vent to me if I provided them with my address (email attached). I responded the same day with my address, and never heard back or received the pieces.

I know there was some miscommunication due to ******* leaving this company. I have no problem giving you the parts mentioned in the email. As for anything else related to this lose, you do have lifetime warranty. I'm sorry for any issues this has caused you ****

    I took my car to this shop to get it painted in the door panels redone
    He told me it will take three weeks it will be ready.after four weeks went by I went up there to see what was going on and he barely started doing a door panels so I told the owner Spencer not to paint the car just finish the panels he said OK he told me it will be 600 for The panels
    I said ok. another 3 weeks went by and I went back up there to see what's going on with my car it was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon and when I made it up there they had the panels painted but they had to put them on a car and he started working on it when I got there they close at 5pm but stayed open to finish the job around 9pm at night he said come back in the morning they can't finish tonight and I told him I need my car
    Back now and he got mad at me and started talking to me crazy Cousin And being very disrespectful then he called the police on me and said I had a gun and threatening him and his Employees but when the police came he told the police to leave and the situation was under control then told me to come back in the am when I came back to get my car he said it will be 1800 to get my car back then Agree to 1300 when The original price was 600 and he never told me that it will be more until I came to get the car. Then they did a terrible job.and my driver window don't rolldown anymore when it was working when I bring it to him he said bring it back I went up there twice and he keep saying bring it back he's real busy after he over change me
    And took my money so I need help getting my window fixed and the 700 extra he charge me back

    ****, I told you from day ONE we are not a custom shop. We are a production shop for insurance work. You were okay with the wait, the price change was the extra stuff you kept adding as the work was being done. It one from 2 speakers to one, then to one speaker and a tweeter. Then we get the work done and you want the handle and other stuff painted. Those changes add time to repairs, the reason I tell you we're busy is that you're asked to drop off at 10am or 11am and you come to the office at 2:30 or 3pm without even a call or text. No one ever denied you to get it fixed, you just can't seem to make it on time.

I told you how I wanted my car panels done and you didn't do then nothing how I wanted them then charge me double and my window not working when it was working when I brought you my car and you keep telling me come back after you ripped me off and took my money you a clown and belong in a circus You need to fix my car right and my window but I'll never let to touch my car again so give me half my money back and I'll go somewhere else where they do real business at...
