    I have not placed the order yet because Clark Toys was offering a discount of 15% off with a discount code. When I went to place the order, the shipping charge took up almost the entire 15% off. I contacted customer service about this and they refused to consider free or even reduced shipping charges. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this company in the past & NO ISSUES.All I want is reasonable shipping charges for the number of items I'm trying to purchase which is seven. Please advise if they're willing to work with me.

      *********** JT CLARK ******. DBA as ****************************** has never offered free or discounted shipping. We occasionally offer coupon codes. These coupon codes apply to the price of the item(s). We are a small, mostly family run business and cannot compete with the likes of ****** or other big companies that can offer free or highly discounted shipping rates. Those companies also do not take the time or material used in shipping to securely package the items so that they arrive in a collectible condition. We appreciate all of our customers and hope that the coupon codes we offer at certain times of the year help out with the current costs of the items. We know every little bit of savings helps everyone. It helps our customers save a little and we hope that the savings reminds customers to continue to shop at **************************. As far as our shipping rates, we offer some of the lowest rates compared to other competitors of ours.

    I have gotten no response from this company. I'm getting no response from anybody, not even the Better Business Bureau. I keep getting passed from place to place in the better Business Bureau... What is the problem?

    You are trying to delay it so it won't get any kind of response.

    I can tell you I never received the communication from the Better Business Bureau from April 2025 that you sent me with regards to Clark toys response. That's why you did not hear from me before now on May 21, 2025. I'm totally disgusted with that company and you can pass that along to them also. I have done a lot of business with them and I will plan to let other customers know the lack of customer service if they do not plan on giving me cheaper shipping.

    Our shipping costs continue to rise, but we have kept them the same for what the customer pays, in fact, our lowest shipping price, for small items, has been lowered from $8.99 to $7.99.

    Our shipping charges to customers are competitive to similar companies.

    We are sorry to hear that this customer would go to such lengths as to complain to BBB about this, when there's nothing we can do about this.

    We feel this is not a legitimate complaint.
