    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a complaint against ******* regarding unauthorized charges on my account. On October 7, 2024, I contacted Fasteay about charges I initially believed were made by a teenager in my household. However, I later discovered my son had contacted Fasteay to cancel the service, realizing it was paid.I previously emailed Fasteay support regarding these charges:Subject: Unauthorized Charges and Request for Refund Dear Customer Support Team,I would like to report unauthorized charges to my account. These charges were made without my consent, and I request a refund and cancellation of all associated services. The history of charges is as follows:09/25/2024: $38.95 08/27/2024: $38.95 07/25/2024: $38.95 06/25/2024: $38.95 05/24/2024: $38.95 05/17/2024: $6.93 The total unauthorized amount is $201.68. The account email is *********************** Please process the refund and confirm cancellation.Sincerely,***** ***** Despite notifying them, Fasteay continued charging me, and the account should have been canceled in May. I have reached out and filed a bank dispute, yet the company refuses to refund **** request BBB assistance to resolve this and refund the $201.68.Thank you for your help. Please reach out if more information is needed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    Though the company indicated they would reach out, there has been no communication or any attempt to resolve this matter. I am extremely disappointed that no refund has been issued, despite providing proof that I had notified the company in writing to cancel the service. It is unethical for a company to continue charging after receiving written notice of cancellation. Even after being informed, the company has delayed and failed to take appropriate action.

    In January 2024 I was looking for a program that might be a fit for me. I came across FastEasy.io. I signed up and the next week I logged in and reviewed the program. It was apparent this was not what was advertised and on 1-25-2024 I contacted the company thru ******************* stating this program does not work for me, too time consuming. My next paragraph was as follows. Please remove me and do not charge me other than the first initial three month I approved I received a response later that day from ****, FastEasy. Were sad to see you go. The letter talks about I would not be charged after the two charges I agreed to (***** & 53.19).On 4-26-2024 After many calls to the bank that continued to charge me the fasteasy charges, I cancelled the card that fasteasy was still charging me thru and filed a complaint. On the same day I sent an additional message to ******************* requesting a refund of charges. On 6-27-2024 I received a notice from g-plans (fasteasy) my account was being refunded and I would receive 3 months free if I continued to use the plan. I never used the plan, only logged in to see what was available. To this day the continue to somehow charge me on the cancelled card and ******** continues to demand payment. I have not added up $ pd., I paid off the account in full twice electronically thru TCM and requested the acct. be closed, somehow these payments never were sent thru. Mailed pmts do go thru however this does not stop fasteasy. Please help if you can. Thank You.

    I have been in and out of the hospital sick since Sept 2023. Since Feb 3, 2024 FastEasy has been charging my $30.99 each month. To which I never consented. You cannot find this on my apple subscriptions either. After a few emails i have sent back to cancel and they have not. I haven't worked in a year.... Nobody cares either, all my bills are still due. These people are literally robbing me of food on the table this month as they took my last $30!!!!!! AGAIN! I want every single dime paid back in full. I live outside *****..... What kind of people work in this office? At this point they owe me: $278.91 IMAGINE the amount of groceries I could buy with that money they steal each month! I want my refund today! I have documents of each email sent.

    I tried an app for free and thenfound out the cost for renewal too high so tried to cancel I clicked on unsubacribe several months ago and they just auto renewed me yesterday anyway I thought I had cancelled Cancelled again and then I contacted them to refund me since they did not honor earlier cancelation They refused instead offering me another year In further review I discovered their cancelation protocol is misleading ..clicking on unsubscribe does not cancel app.....it requires further steps that were not clear when I cancelled several months ago I am contacting credit card to dispute payment

    I subscribed for a free trial for 1 month for this weight loss app. I recorded all my information, i.e., weight, food journal, etc. on day 2 I went to the app to do the same, however all of the information from the day before was recorded on day 2 and when I went to correct the information, the app changed the language to German! I contacted the company to tell **** to cancel my subscription and refund the money I paid. They refused!

    On 9/21/2024 I enrolled in an application called "Fasting Tracker". During enrollment an advertisement was displayed by fasteasy.io that said something along the lines of "click hear to finish your enrollment" which lead me into another application that requested payment "verification", not "authorization". Thinking the payment has not gone through I submitted my payment information and was double billed, (once for the actual app and once by fasteasy.io, the app utilizing predatory marketing.)Since I never actually used the application I figured a refund wouldn't be a huge deal. When I contacted fasteasy.io, I was directed to a sales *** who offered me a years subscription for a discount and told me I could only be issued a refund if I completed 30 days of their program and didn't see results.

    Today, June 24, I signed up for a weight loss program. After paying the $25.99 and accessing the program, I realized it was not something I could easily do. I am a disabled 69 year old who is not tech savvy. This was not a program I could do. I deleted the app from my phone and requested a refund, they denied me!

    I subscribed to the free trial from the Fasteasy app that I downloaded on my iPhone. I set a reminder for one day prior to the trial date. I did not find their product to be something that I wanted to purchase, so I cancelled the subscription on May 16, 2024. I then received an email stating that I will be billed for the period of May 17 - June 17th. I promptly emailed the company and received a response that I was somehow subscribed to two different products from their app. Here is their response. "The first one is your main one-month subscription plan. After the intro period for ***** USD, your subscription automatically renewed at the full price of ***** USD as soon as the new billing cycle started.The second subscription is optional and allows you to incorporate additional features into your primary subscription, making it even more comprehensive. From what I can see, your additional one-month auto-renewable plan for ***** USD includes a Custom meal plan."I want my full refund...I cancelled in time and don't want their service.
