Date of tran. 2.22.2022 Amount Paid $489.00 Limo $60 Minister $50 My now wife and I just got married here at the chapel in Las Vegas on 2.22.2022. Our wedding was supposed to be at 7:45pm. We called ahead to ensure the round-trip limo we paid for would hold 7 people. Once the limo arrived (3o minutes late) he said he could only take 6. He said he would only take the entire wedding party if we paid him extra. Upon arrival to the venue it was extremely packed and chaotic. We were told that the ceremonies were running behind. After waiting two and half hours we expressed our concerns on our ceremony. We were finally seated in a chapel only for them to continuously try to place the boutonnière on a male guest. They had been told multiple times we were a ******* couple. My package was supposed to include limo round trip, Elvis's performance, a bouquet, a boutonniere, 9 professional images, and a DVD. They at first refused to give us flowers as they weren't positive what package I paid for. After finally getting the flowers and the boutonnière placed on the correct person the ceremony was to start. I questioned it starting as Elvis had not arrived. She once again questioned me as she didn't believe I purchased that package. After 30 minutes she took us out of the chapel and back into the waiting room. She explained we would now be last as she was unaware that I had that package. After another hour wait, we went back into the chapel. Only to find out they would not be videoing, but we would still get photos done. After the ceremony the limo driver refused to take us home until we tipped him $40 prior to us getting in. We never received our photos, and they want us to pay additional fees for them. They also never submitted our prof of marriage, and it has now been the 10 days. It was an extremely awful experience. I paid for things I never got. And now I don't have a prof of marriage.
