I flew in from ********* to get married at the Chapel of Flowers in Jan 2024. We filled out our license on the 15th and were married on the 16th at the Chapel of Flowers, we had paid in full. *****************, **************** Had as I understand 10 days to register our marriage. Its March 14th and he still hasn't. I have contact the Clarck county clerks office to try to get a copy and and was told it was never turned in ( mar 6th2024) been trying ever since to get the Chapel of Flowers to take care of it. I spoke with a ****** today from the Chapel of Flowers, she took my number said she would call the Reverend and see what happened and call me back. ****** called me back and gave me some numbers as proof that ************ said he had turned it in. I then sent those numbers to the Document retrieval service today. There response was...... "Hi ***, I left you a voice mail message stating that your marriage LICENSE (the paperwork you and your wife filled out to apply to get married) is available to order, but NOT the certified copy of your RECORDED marriage certificate. The chapel is not being truthful to you at this time. You may want to ask for proof that they actually recorded your certificate. Please call the ************* at ************ to complain about this outfit and see if they are able to record the keepsake that you have with you.Thank you.Document ****************** So as you can See I keep getting the run around and feel I was scammed and who knows how many other out of state couples have went through this and may not even know it yet. I am upset this was suppose to be a wonderful thing for *** and I.....Sincerely, *** and *************************
