In 2021, an individual representing "union member services" reached out to us to see if I was interested in getting referrals for my medical practice, his name was ***** (Phone number: ************). He noted that this was a risk free form of advertising as there was a "1 year money back guarantee". We signed up Mid-May 2021. After about 2 months, we saw that it was not generating any leads so we reached back out to ***** to cancel the services. He said we had 1 year of trial so we might as well see how the next 10 months go so that we could take advantage of the program. We took his word for it and waited till the beginning of May 2022 to reach back out as we still had 0 referrals/leads. We sent an email to *********************** and we received an acknowledgment that the message was received and that someone would reach back out to us. It is now August 2022 and still no one has reached back out to us. We called ***** again and he said they we should get our refund if we follow up with the custumizeme.net, which changed its name to "plannmedia". We emailed multiple times with no response. We called multiple times with no response. We tried to dispute the charge with our CC company, but unfortunately they said that they can only dispute charges up to 3 months from the charge date. The fact that ***** tried to keep us from cancelling the service before the 3 month period where we could dispute the charges shows that this is a blatant scam.According to state and federal law, such actions indicate clear and systemic fraud within Plannmedia/Union ****** Services's officers and employees, piercing the corporate veil and allowing for personal liability and personal action to be taken against the named parties to recover our funds. Furthermore, all applicable state and federal consumer fraud, collections, complaint and credit agencies are in the process of being notified on a personal basis for the named party above and for Plannmedia/Union ****** Services as an entity.
