    We hired Contractors Web Services, To host our company web site and perform Search engine optimization.************************* removed our website from the web taking our digital properties without our Knowledge.He believes he is owed a balance however we had 2 additional professional digital contractors reveal that actually nothing was ever done and ************************* took our money and did not provide us with any services. I'm so sorry we ever hired this guy I hope others see this before more company's get burnt.

    *****, I am so sorry about the way you feel and would love to work together towards a solution. As we have discussed on 1/25/24 (you called me), your yearly services expired on 12/17/23. We had done everything in our power of communications (sms, email, phone calls) to reach you and/or your father on 11 separate occassions as we never want to see a customer's ********************** go down. We were concerned not to receive a response, which unfortunately led to the system suspending the website, in line with our agreed terms.

    We certainly do not want to keep your website down. I have reached out to you again (1/30/24 12:33 a.m) via email with no response and have provided my personal cell phone number and also publicly on your other complaints. Feel free to reach out to us so we can get your website transferred over to you ASAP. 

    Regarding your second concern. You are 7 months behind on payments that have been past due since 7/15/23 on a separate agreement. While we understand we all can get busy and we understand there might be some misunderstandings, I am eager to always help clarify, however the only way we can understand each other is to communicate with us. 

    Any SEO work we have done is FULLY related to content development, however it is our policy to not post content unless we have your approval. Here is a guideline of work we complete based on 8/2023 - ************************************************************************

    We are aware we provided you with admin access to view logs in the backend of your website, but any changes we have done are not deployed in a public website domain. I will be more than happy to share all of this with you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have attached a letter supporting that Mr.  ******* is a Fraud he is not owed any money and has not provided us with any contract nor any service which we have already paid for.

    he now is saying untrue statements and we have proof no services were ever rendered as per our letter show us proof we never approved anything contracts , Emails , Texts 

    we have reported his company to Authorities ****************** is currently breaking the law by holding our property ******.
