    I hired Techno Dream to assist with the re-design of my Wix website.They helped complete the first portion of the work that I paid for but then the second portion that I paid for that was $250. They did not complete theperson that I was working with apparently left the company and they did not provide any explanation and then further attempts to correct the issue left me with no responses. I ended up completing the work on my own, and when I asked for a refund, I didnt receive any responses except for that they wanted to be given a second chance to attempt to finish the work. Im reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as this is not a way to contact business and will be contacting Wix support as well to let them know that this company that they recommended should be removed from their site.

    Our team completed the initial scope of work, which the client paid for in December 2024, and subsequently began the second phase as requestedthis was paid for in March 2025 after the client expressed satisfaction with the progress made. Throughout the engagement, we maintained consistent communication and provided ongoing support, including assistance with requests that extended beyond the originally agreed-upon scope.

    After the additional work had been implemented and with no sessions scheduled over the weekend, the client informed usentirely of her own accordthat she had chosen to complete the remaining tasks independently, published the site, and no longer required further assistance. This decision was made without any indication of dissatisfaction with our work or process. Based on this, we marked the project as completed.

    As time, resources, and professional effort were dedicated throughout the projectand as support was provided consistentlywe are unable to issue a refund.

    Techno dream LLC Scammed my business. No services were provided All deadlines were missed The work provided was extremely poor and incorrect. They cost me significant money and resources through errors and lies. Technodream then provided FRAUDULENT signatures to chase

    Hi There, 

    *********************************** contracted us for site updates at a cost of $350. He later filed a dispute, alleging we missed the deadline and caused issues with his site. However, we provided the bank with proof that we completed the work on time and as requested. Our evidence was sufficient, and we won the case. Regarding the signature, the invoice was sent to him, and he was responsible for inputting his details and attaching his signature. We have no ability to alter this information.

    Technocrat did not complete services, lied about the process and missed all deadlines. 
    I was unhappy with their work and immediately requested a refund. 
    the signed document is a forgery.

    The company has already stated the facts with regard to the services availed by the client.
    The claim to forgery is impossible since the client has paid via invoice which was sent to the client's email.
