    I was scammed from this company. Here is some of the communication.This text came from **** ******** phone number ************ on June 4, 2024. Hi there, this is **** ******** from the legal department. Please provide me with your login credentials for ********* for the following username:******************************* I sent it not knowing they would ask for my password next. I immediately contacted ***** to try to change my login because I provided them a password and changed it before they could use it. I will admit it to have my logo secured to my company name did sound good. Next I got this text when I reversed my actions from ****** ******* on June 4, 2024 phone number 929-610-6292this process started in March 2024 Hello *****, ****: I just came to know that we're about to complete the last and final step of legal case fillings, Please cooperate so we can just wrap this *****: I have contacted my lawyer you will hear from him.****: Well what do you mean? We're just getting it done maximum it's going to take 15 more minutes and you're good to go. Please provide the correct password and within next 15 minutes you'll be getting the serial number and even you can get that verified online as *******: Enough is enough you are trying to compromise my account and you owe me at least $1400 back. You're not lawyers so you have no right to act as if you can file in my behalf. Please do not contact me again unless you are refunding my money. The ************************ and Better Business Bureau along with the *** will be will have access to everyone of our transactions ****: Dear *****, your application is almost completed so please cooperate all I need is just 15 minutes, Give me the credentials and we can make it done for ******: Once again I only want a refund and no further action from you. $1750 will be the total.

    I PAID FOR A **** DESIGN, AND A WEBSITE, THEY ASKED IF I WANTED I WANTED TO COPYRIGHT THE WEBSITE, i SAID NO, THEY WANTED AN EXTRA $800 FOR THAT. i PAID $50 FOR **** DESIGN, THEY GOT THAT MONEY AND ALSO $239 FOR THE WEBSITE AND SETUP. i DIDN'T GET EITHER OF THOSE BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR ALL 3 CHARGES. THE ONLY CHARGE i OK'D WAS FOR THE **** DESIGN WHICH THEY DID THAT, I PICKED A DESIGN BUT THEY NEVER SENT ME THE **** DESIGN IN DIFFERENT EXTENSIONS LIKE PDF, EVS, ETC. NOW I CALL THE ONLY NUMBERS IHAVE AND EITHER *************** TO *************************** VOICE MAIL WHICH I WAS TOLD HE DOESN'T WORK THERE ANY LONGER, OR A BUSY SIGNAL. ON THEIR WEBSITE LIVE CHAT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL., *************************************** TRY TO GET A HOLD OF THEM AND SEE WHAT YOU GET. I THINK IT IS A SCAM, PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AND LET ME KNOW. THE ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE IF YOU LOOK IT UP IT DOESN'T SHOW THEM AS TENNANTS IN THAT BUILDING.

    I'm sure this will do no good as nothing happened in favor of my last complaint."Design Web Logic" charged me $2990 (approx) for website service. I don't even remember ACCEPTING such a charge! I may have been looking for free trials. But I decided against paying. NOW, they have my money, lied about calling me back, and the email to them can't be delivered. I am so Humiliated!! NEVER again. I will do the site myself rather than trust some scumbag. No site and non refund. The date was Feb 10, 2022, $2995.00. It's shown on my bank statement as well. But I am reluctant to share that with anyone. God hates me.
