I purchased 3 domains with email and website for all three. I requested all three be transferred to the original organizations which are ****** Workspace and Weebly. I was told these actions were done. Agents have lied, drop the chat, and be rude. All awhile knowing they have prohibited my transfer. My accounts are paid and I am the owner of these domains. By law this is illegal to tapper with my ownership. I want my emails and websites.Initial Complaint

Order placed on 09/13/22, a total of 2500$. Follow up on 09/27/22 and 12/15/22 with their chat customer service. They replied that they were working on my orders, and due to the current whatever, that person replied to me asking me to follow up again if I did not receive my order. I told them okay. Another month past I followed up again. They replied that your orders couldn't be reordered or disputed because of the past 90 days. Please always email and don't use chat/inbox chat. You have no track to hold the scammer or bs company accountable for your loss!!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 6 customized shirts from this company on 12-2-22 for $50 each. Of course the money was paid at the time of purchase. I was supposed to receive my shirts within ***** days. When I called in mid December to check, they assured me if my order hadnt arrived by Dec 22 they would process a refund. I sent a chat (no phone option for communication) on Dec 23 to let them know I hadnt received the shirts and requesting a refund. That led to them telling me they would have to email me prior to doing this. The email asked all of the questions I already answered so I responded asking for a refund again. That supposedly went to a supervisor and I was told would take 24 hours. The next day they responded back via email there was a vendor delay and to give them another week. I said no and again asked for a refund to which they repliedthank you for your patience you should receive your shirts next week. Ive again been in communication multiple times this week and another week has came and went without the shirts. I want my money back so I can order the shirts elsewhere. Its been almost a month. I need to get the shirts for my employees and am very frustrated!Initial Complaint

I purchased a really cool logo and designed it with my custom registered domain through godaddy.com. The design was exactly how i wanted it. So I purchased it. I am very happy with the logo but then I decided I needed business cards. So I designed the cards with ease and when I was happy I ordered them. They were delivered in less than 8 days. However The business cards were printed wrong on one side. Both sides were duplicated when the information on the design I created was different. I immediately sent in a complaint and they responded with me needing to send in pictures of the cards. So I did. They said they did a re-order and that was on Aug 8th. They said to allow 2-3 days for processing and ***** days for delivery. It is now Aug 28th. No phone support, only email and live chat. So after several emails with little information I did a live chat. **************** swears the re-order was placed and I should be getting my new printed cards with in a few days, yet there is no tracking number or indication on my account a re-order was ever completed as they say it shows on their end.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company over 2 months ago and another one over a month ago and have not received my products and no explanation as to when I will receive them, and if they are even being processed. The second order I was also overbilled by 20% with no credit received. They can only be reached via email. I have sent numerous responses to my issue and they keep telling me they have to get with their supervisors. There has been no effort on there part so far to resolve the situation.Business response

Free Logo Services allowed a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I have informed them of the fraud and they refuse to remove our payment information from the system. We have reported four months of fraud to our credit card company, but they continue to auto-renew our payment information and charge our card. When I contacted them, they cc'd my complaint to the criminal who owned the account which was using our card, so that person has more information about me to exploit. The only recourse we were given was to recover the account with someone else's email. They are smart enough to know that that is not possible, but they refused to do anything forcing me to cancel my credit card. Knowingly participating in fraud just to make some money is criminal. I purchased business cards and a yard sign. I paid in full via credit card. I received business cards that were a different color and thickness than what I paid for. Upon contacting the company, each chat representative notified me that the only access to customer service is via chat and email. They requested pictures of the items that were inaccurate. I immediately sent them. The only reply received was an automated reply. No one ever followed up with me or attempted to correct the error. They sent me all pink cards instead of the purple cards that I ordered. The card is also much thinner than the original. I am very disappointed.Business response

I purchased a Log from http://www.freelogoservices.com in July of 2019. I was told there was a Free web domain or website. I declined for that option on the chat, the rep said it came with every purchase and it was for one year and then would be done. The other day I noticed I was charged $14.95 from FreeLogoServices.com on 7-5-21. I then discovered they also took $14.95 from my account on July 5, 2020. I contacted them and they said they would not refund my money. I did not authorize them to charge my account at any time. I specifically told the rep in July of 2019, that I did NOT want to be charged for any Domain or Website. She assured me I would not it was a Free Trial for one year. I realize I did not see the payment, because honestly I never thought I would be charged for anything from them. I am requesting they refund my $14.95 that they took from me and were not authorized.Business response

YOu did it in 2020 and 2021. ONe was refunded. Please refund my $14.95 from the money you withdrew without my permission or consent from 2020.
