    I have tried several times to get refunded for having too many charges applied to my account.I started a ~$35/quarter membership in June 2022. Instead of being charged once, I was charged ten times for $34.99 each. I called the support number and was told that the nine other charges ($314.91) would be put back into my account in up to 20 business days depending on my bank. Several days later on July 10th I received nine confirmation emails that the refunds were being issued (invoices ****** thru ******). I waited longer than the 20 business days and received nothing. My bank told me they had not received anything either.I called back and was told they would send a check instead and that somehow that process was going to be a month as well but I said "okay" and gave them my updated address as it's different from the billing address originally used. I've now waited over a month AGAIN and have not received a check. I was also told I'd receive another confirmation email that this check process was moving along - I've received nothing. Over the last two weeks I've spent over four hours on hold trying to reach somebody to ask for an update. I've tried the option to "keep my place in line and receive a call back" twice and have not even been called.

    I was charged $34.99, it was a charge I didnt authorize or approve of. All I have signed up for is a free subscription. It also wont allow me to cancel the subscription or delete my card info. I need a refund and my subscription cancelled.
