    I continue to be charged $34.99 and have repeatedly requested and have cancelled my subscription while also disputing the charge.

    Pigeonly had charged my card $34.99 for a canceled subscription from August 2nd 2022 and each month keep trying to charge my card repeatedly,

    1/12/2023 ***** Theyve been trying to charge my card since September 5th. I have no clue what pgn web is. If its pigeonly. I never paid for the subscription I never knew it was a subscription or anything. I dont know if they are hacking my information. I only paid that sight of the photos that costs and that was it. And even then I never cost that much. What is going on. And can I receive my refund please. PGNWEB thats whats on cashapp.

    PGN WEB has attempted to withdraw $34.99 out of my bank account without permission. I never signed up for a subscription with this business. I want it to stop!

    Im being charged $34.99 . And for what reason I canceled my subscription the next day after using the website I would for this company to stop charging me for something I dont use !!

    This business has continually tried to charge my card for the amount of $34.99 over the past 7 days. I did not sign up for their service and do not understand why they have tried to charge my card for this amount 3 times over the course of 7 days. I would like this to stop, or I will have to get another card, which will not arrive for 7 days.

    Unauthorized withdrawals from PGN-Wehhost 813 have occurred. First occurred 12/31/2022 $19.99. Unauthorized withdrawals for $34.99 occurred 01/02/2023,01/05/2023,01/09/2023. I request this activity to stop and a full refund NOT in direct deposit form. i have no trust what so ever in whatever this company is !

    I have had a subscription with this company for the past 6 months as this is the only option available for me to send letters and pictures to friends in ****** County Correctional Facility in ****. The subscription is ***** per month. In the month of December Pigeonly inappropriately charged me six times. In the month of November they inappropriately charged me two times. So in the span of two months they have stolen $279.92 from me. I attempted to reach out to the company help desk in mid-December and was assured they would refund me and cancel my subscription but have yet to receive any form of refund and they even continued charging me. I had to cancel my bank account so they couldn't charge me any longer. I have reached out to other families that have used this company and they have also been inappropriately charged. Pigeonly is a scam that should be closed immediately and I want my money back
