    Date of the Transaction; Thurs. May 30th. Amount they Charged me $******. The Amount shouldve been $119.28 There Advertisement on ******** suggested (3) Bottles at $39.76 + (2) Bottles FREE + Free Shipping.They charged me for (5) Bottles X $39.76 = $198.80. On Tues. 6/18, I spoke to Nocturna, *** at Slim Life Evolution who gave me a Reference number 51E95CFCG9 at my request per our conversation and a *** Number IF0B10271859 to return the product I was supposed to receive via an email at:*********************** with both the Reference Number and *** Number listed per our conversation that I never arrived. Initially, she tried to convince me there advertisement suggest I would be charged for (5) bottles not (3) bottles until I informed her I took a screenshot of the advertisement since I was unable to print a receipt with a confirmation # nor did they email me a receipt with a confirmation number. So, I didnt have a clue of my charge. On Thurs. May 30th, my Credit Card was charged for ******. I didnt receive any communication from them until Fri. June 7th. I received a notice with a tracking number from **** The *** explained there warehouse would inspect the product to determine whether or not I received a full refunded. On Tues. 6/18 @ 9:54PM, I called back speaking to a second ***, ****** who verified my email address. She informed me to expect this email in ***** hours.On 6/21, Fri. I called a third time speaking with *********. After she verified my information I gave her a new email address:********************** to see if an email would arrive. She instructed me to look in both my Junk and Regular Mail for both the Reference and *** Number Information. She said I should expect an email in ***** hours. It never arrived. I still have the merchandise awaiting the *** to return the product that havent been open.The restitution Im seeking a Full Refund of the $****** charged to my Credit Card because of there False Advertisement Practice.

    Saw online ad for 2 bottles of Keto Thrive Keto and ACV gummies for $59.95 (buy one, get one free). Company first sent the 2 bottles and charged me $119.49 on 6/4/24.On 7/8/24, they sent another 2 bottles and charged my credit card $119.49. I did not order these, nor did I sign up for a subscription service.Sent the company an email on 7/9, no response. Called their customer service number on 7/30. After 30 minutes of hold time, finally got a CSR who said the company had sent me an email on 7/12 stating that the order was cancelled. I never received that email. This is false advertising and a scam

    This company goes under the name Sweet Relief and they go by the name Slim Life Evolution ************. They over charged my card.. I returned their un-opened package to them. They provided me with this confirmation number. That the received their package back..

    I saw a promotion on a social media site. Looked like if you order one 30 day worth of pill you get another free. I ordered two different kinds and was charged $258.77. This is theft and deceitful in so many levels. I called these numbers ************** on packing slip stayed for over 1 hours never answered. Then I called ************** on my credit card statement also stayed over 1 hour and never answered. I WANTED TO CANCEL THIS ORDER!!!!!. I received the so-called product. It is not as advertised, and some bottles were opened. I STILL WANT TO CANCELL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Now last week they tried to charge another $198.78 as if I have a subscription. When does the stealing STOP. I have called my bank and have blocked them from any further charges, but I STILL WANT MY ORIGINAL $258.77 BACK. PLEASE HELP!!

    Date of transaction, 13-july-2024.Two transactions one for 119.49$ and one for 59.99$. I would like a full and complete refund as I never completed my order and they charged me twice. This company should be shut down before more people are scammed. Slim life evolution , ****************. This is as appears on my credit card.

    i found out via email this company said to have my cc company ,me and them on a three way call to try and resolve this. cc company said they dont make 3 way calls. i recieved a product in mail , emailed the company said i didnt order product asked for a mail instructions to returned and they denied that.

    My complaint is like the others posted. I responded to an online offer for a supplement called SweetRelief Glycogen Support. The offer was buy two, get three free. I did receive the product. My credit card was charged $198.78 which is the price for five units. The order #**EAD81769 is dated 5/25/24 and was received on 6/5/24. I have filed a complaint with ********* regarding this transaction. I would like a full refund for the time and aggravation. .

    I bought a product on line for parasite removal however they sent me a product from Slim Life Evolution that Was Not What I ordered. They charged my card on June 1st and on June 2nd I called and said I Did Not Order this Product I want a Refund. They lied and said they had already shipped it out which was a lie the company is in ***** and I am in ****** and I did receive what they sent until 2 weeks later. They gave me a partial refund of $100.oo due to their lies and switch and bait and criminal activity. I mailed back the product on July 1st and they said they still haven't received it today July 9th, 2024 (Another LIE) I want my $98.78 dollars back that they stole from me. I did talk to a rep and a manager and they LIED again and said they didn't have my product which is a Lie. I am sure they are ripping many people off with this procedure. Please help. *******************

    I bought their product and paid for my goods. Two months later I get billed for $198 again for nothing ? I did not order again. So I called the company and before I said anything, he says do you wish to cancel your order, I said I didnt order anything and I want my $198 back you took out of my account, he says he would cancel my order but he could not help me with getting my money back. I would like my money back if you could help please

    I received KETO THRIVE - KETO + ACV GUMMIES last month. Buy2 get 3 free for $198.76. Yesterday I was charged an additional $198.76 for 5 more bottles. I did not order. I want this subscription canceled & my name removed from their list.

    The company that sent the **** THRIVE +ACV GUMMIES said they canceled the account. I refused the package as directed, adding the number they gave me. They said they would remove the charge from my credit card when they received the package  but have not done it yet. Please continue your investigation.
