    I’ve concentrated on being serious with my way of eating and the gummies. I have lost weight since taking the gummies. I can’t absolutely say it’s totally because of the gummies because I am eating less and exercising (treadmill at least twice a week) however, I’m not hungry, eating foods that I like instead of celery and ‘skinny foods’. The gummies taste great.

    My name is Nola ******  I ordered these gummies hoping to drop a few pounds as advertised but have not lost a single pound been taking them every day for almost a month so these are a fake item I want a full refund and a return label for the 4 I have not used and no other charges to my account you are deceiving people and Kelley Clarkson has sued and won and had people put in jail for this fake stuff and using her picture I no longer want your product so refund my full amount now and send me a label to return the ones I have not opened thanks and I feel like you can’t trust anyone these days beacuse of companies like this if I do. Not get a refund within 7 days from today I will report this company to the better business bureau thanks for nothing but taking my money

    We ordered two bottles plus the two free bottles they advertised and they charged us for six bottles. They then charged us for an item that we didn’t order. They never answer their phone as it is constantly busy. I am planning on filing a dispute as soon as the charges post on my account. I don’t even know how these people are in business. They haven’t even sent us a confirmation of our transaction.

    I received these gummies late in 2023, I have been trying to stop the shipments, they put me on some sort to automatic shipment. They did not work and I can not find an address for them to get the problem resolved. Just received 5 more 2 days ago, I just want them to stop coming, it would be nice to at least get a credit on these last 5 they just sent. They come from Las Vegas, and that is all I can find out. I need help to get this resolved.

    ProHealth Keto & ACV Gummies is a totally disreputable company. I returned their product for a refund and am have waited weeks to get it. I have called customer service 3 times and the last time spoke with Avon. She also said to watch for an email with an e-check. Even finding a customer service number was difficult as was the address to send it back.They only give you a PO Box no street address. I hope the Better Business Bureau can give them their lowest rating. The best thing would be to fine the company and drive them out of business.

    I ordered their products. Some of the battles came opened in the package and package had been taped back closed.
    This started on 1/5/24 and I have been told multiple times that a refund e-check had been sent and it has not. I check mail and junk mail daily. My last phone conversation was on 2/10/24 and still no refund. Thank good it was only a 1-time order .. I was told my refund would be $258.77. That’s a lot of money for an opened product. I was afraid to take thinking whoever opened the package could have put something dangerous In The gummies. I even sent pictures …

    I'm filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau for the horrendous customer service I received from their customer service team. I'm not one to complaint but I need to as they continue to charge my credit card.
    I've reached out several months ago to cancel my gummy order as I wasn't happy with item. As of today, they continue to send them to my house and charge my card. I got another shipment today!
    This afternoon I called the costumer service department and requested a manager, the manager was rude and his resolution was to remove the automatic payments and give me 50 percent refund for the past order that they mailed to me without my approval.
    Regarding the order that was sent to my home today, the manager advised I would need to pay for the shipping to send it back and we'll give you a refund for the most recent item. I said send me a label and I'd be happy to but this is not my error it's yours. Also keep in mind it's the second time this happened! We all make mistakes I get it, however, he was not happy with me asking for full refund now and send me a shipping label. In total the call took 40 minutes and in the end the manager hung up on me! Yes no refund for the order I received today and he hung up on me. Poor!
    Once again, they took it upon themselves to charged to my card and sent the items to my home as an auto shipment that was NEVER approved.
    As a manager myself, I would not treat my costumers this way. I'm not happy and requesting full reimbursement for the items I did not order. Thank you!

    I purchased the product just like the review dated 3/12/2024 by "David S" and I am still trying to get my refund. I returned the product and requested the refund (Cancel/REF #**********) and was told by Customer Reps that they would be forwarding the request to their "Billing dept" and the refund would be processed as an E-Check via my email within 7-10days. Over 30 days later, 4 Customer Reps and 3 Supervisors later...I have not received a refund, callback, or any response from the Billing Dept. Every time I call, they provide the same automated response..."we will escalate the refund request to the billing dept and you will receive an e-check in your email or get a call from us in 24-48hrs". They tell you they have no escalation process and no other recourse to obtain a refund other than " we will escalate the refund request to the billing dept and you will receive an e-check via your email or we will call you in 24-48hrs". over and over like robots every time I call.
